I am rejecting this response because: you have never reached out to me regarding this issue and I have contacted the help center several times uploading my ID. You are not responding to me submitting that ID so you are providing no resolution. I can send you it on here or upload it again if that will help matters, please tell me what I can do. I never received an email from your support team at all, so there cannot possibly be an open ticket.

They have not done anything to resolve this issue. I have provided all the necessary information to the Revdex.com, and to Facebook, my account was once again deactivated for no reason, and I would like to resolve this issue through the Revdex.com.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is so unacceptable! The reason I'm not able to resolve the issues is because EVERY SINGLE EMAIL that is being sent from Facebook is being sent to an email that I haven't used in 6 years! WHY wouldn't Facebook send emails to the PRIMARY EMAIL ON THE ACCOUNT?! I have 10 years worth of information on my Facebook account, and it is insane that I should be forced to make a new account because Facebook can't just send an email to my current account THAT I CAN ACTUALLY ACCESS. I need an email sent to [redacted] (an email address that is registered on my account and that I use to sign into Facebook EVERY TIME I sign in) to follow up about verifying my identity. I am so upset by this situation, and I refuse to be forced into creating a new account.

It appears that Facebook is continuing to respond without responding to the real issue. So, no, this is still an issue. Facebook has continued to operate under non transparent and unclear terms of service. Facebook has locked me out of a webpage presence that I spent days building. So, this is not resolved and I ask that the Revdex.com revoke or subtract from Facebook's accreditation due to their lack of honesty in their business and their failure to respond to paying customers, while also bluntly ignoring me.
