I followed the instructions and its been more than one week they did not review my Uploaded ID and unlocked my account.
So I decided to create a new account because I want to run FB ads for my small business and today they locked my new FB account also.

That solution they sent does not work since the hacker changes all the info they request for through their help center. However, I was able to get Facebook to delete the account since the hacker was impersonating me.

This is ransomware, plain and simple, otherwise I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LOG INTO THE SAME COMPUTER FROM ANOTHER ACCOUNT!!!!!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have already done EVERYTHING Facebook has asked. Checked every form, uploaded several forms of ID. I NEVER EVEN got an email saying that my account was disable or why. THERE WAS NO CONTACT FROM FACEBOOK! Automatic or otherwise!!! That's just absurd!
And all the money I spent on my pages? I can't even promote my Instagram because it's linked to Facebook!!!! What am I supposed to do? Who do I have to email? Is this it?

The link you provided does not resolve my Facebook account issue because I've already sumitted a valid drivers license and I've already received a identification verification email from Facebook support saying "thank you for verifing your identity. You should have full access to your account". But my account still says disabled when I try to login. I've repeated this process 3 times and each time had the same resolt. I've also filled out many other Facebook forms contacting Facebook support about this issue and received no resolution regarding this issue. Reactivating my Facebook account is very important to me because I am a stone mason and artist, I have a Facebook business page and many groups providing me a great outlet to desplay my work to millions of people. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Facebook is requesting I provide them a link to my Facebook account. I'm not sure their understanding the issue since Terri are asking this question. They have completely removed my account from Facebook, therefore, I cannot provide them with the URL in which they are requesting. They are welcome to contact me via phone call or email address. However, since this post is posting to a public platform, I will need direction on how to securely provide my contact information. Your help and support pages have not provided me one bit of an answer through repeated attempts. All I am asking is why my add account is blocked and once again Facebook cannot answer me. I feel discriminated against. I feel my rights are violated since you continue to ignore my request and questions. Just today [redacted] goes live about the Dreamers, but me being a dreamer cant run an add! I need an answer as to why not.
