Thank you for your response, [redacted] I appreciate it.
So, I don't understand why I need to go to the links since access to my personal and company profile are being denied on a company device. Downloading and/or purchasing ANYTHING that is not permitted.
Please fix this issue ASAP. Your error message stated something was wrong with my device and that I needed to use/purchase YOUR software to fix it. Had it been a more generic message about the same issue, I would have not contacted Facebook support (whom I've not heard from), I would have sought support from my IT department.
So, I'm being denied access, on this device, on your end, not on mine.
All OTHER devices on which I access Facebook are fine.

I am rejecting this response because: There is NO help at the help center. I am having a horrible technical issue which has been reported to facebook something isn't working over and over. Since I filed this complaint the problem has escalated. It is overloading my email account causing a problem because I can't get to urgent emails like my doctor or two dying family members where I am waiting for an emergency communication. Facebook is aware of this problem and is refusing to fix it. They created the problem and since they are refusing to fix it, it becomes harassment. No one else I know is having this issue. It started after political posts and also after I refused to buy advertising. If Facebook truly wanted to make sure things run smoothly for their subscribers, they would respond to the problem and the complaint. They are avoiding giving any answer. They are brushing me off so I am convinced that this is purposeful harassment. I wonder if the founder of Facebook would approve of such company behavior? I don't want this case closed but at the very least I would like to see a negative point given for this lack of response from Facebook.If Facebook thinks that I enjoy spending my time filing complaints they are mistaken. This is not fun. Having a facebook account that runs smoothly is fun. Isn't there anyone at Facebook with a heart, empathy and compassion for another human being?

I see that there is a new message from Facebook, but I cannot reply to it.
Can you please explain to them that the Facebook pages were merged. The page now looks like this:[redacted]
but it was OUR page originally. Our company started it and paid all of the money for advertising on it - we have statements showing that it is OUR page.
Now we no longer have access and details were changed. I really need help with this.
