The help options listed, none pertains to our request  Still in order to report it ,
I need to sign into Facebook which I
do not have an account or want to create.
We should not have to ask a friend to help us with this 
situation. I feel Facebook should be able to 
resolve this issue without involving anyone. 
Please have Facebook provide reason for not 
being able to resolve this complaint through Revdex.com.
and reasons why they cant remove the listing
on their end.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I tried out the suggestions you provided me to no avail. This is because the email I was using then was deactivated by the email provider and I completely forgot the password I had reset. Secondly, that facebook account does not provide the option of using friends' email accounts.
I would kindly suggest that you hide the information on that account[redacted] to be hidden from other facebook users and then delete the account on my behalf since I have absolutely no means of accessing it.Sincerely,[redacted]
