We finally received a check today from [redacted]. Our best guess is that after not answering our repeated requests, Facebook sent the funds to [redacted] and they distributed them to us. It is resolved now.

automatic statement that does not address the specific complaint.  Thanking someone for their feedback does not constitute a response especially as I did not provide feedback but a complaint against a company policy that has detrimental effects while it is place abd needs to be viewed under the lens of which is the basis of my complaint which is that the current policy of having a 48 hour wait time to block someone after unblocking them should be removed immediately as in my case where I blocked a harrassing troll but failed to acreenshot the harrassing and offensives posts so I unblocked them to get those screenshots and thats when the current policy stated I would need to wait 48 hours to block them which led to another 48 hours of harassment.Sincerely,[redacted]

Facebook has deleted our advertising account and therefore the login for this option does not work. Facebook has not even directly responded to our complaint once through a representative and their Revdex.com response is also a proof that they have not even read the complaint. Meanwhile, we have also filed a credit dispute with [redacted] and [redacted]. 
Our FB advertising Account #:[redacted], Revdex.com complaint # :[redacted],  [redacted] dispute complaint# : [redacted]Complaint: We're a Broadway production company based in [redacted] & have advertised with Facebook (our pages include [redacted]) many times. The new page [redacted] was created recently and advertised (boosted posts for page recognition, likes, etc.). On Wednesday August 23, the particular page was attacked by spam likes, thousands of them from a foreign source (we think it's [redacted]-not our ad target demo & location), possibly fake accounts. We've made several complaints and all we received were automated messages. We've had to unpublish the page (it will be deleted soon) and potentially lost all of our new (legitimate) followers we had gained via ads. Facebook not only did not protect our account but did not respond to our complaints. All the while, Facebook charged us $[redacted] + $[redacted] for this ad boost. We'd like an immediate refund and a way to clean these thousands of spam likes. Sincerely,[redacted]

Although my first name is changed on Facebook, that was not my concern. It's my last name. Facebook is a social media site and should not require a domestic violence victim to have to use their government name, ask them why, then force them to provide proof of who they are, just to make them have to use their government name anyways. The point of the matter is I don't feel safe using my name and shouldn't have to. I've been harassed by someone reporting pictures of my infant child for nudity although there was none. I also should not have been denied access to my account containing my contacts, pictures and memories. Facebook doesn't require identification when you sign up and should not be allowed to request it. It is a flawed system.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the issue is not that my content was removed, but that my account was disabled because of alleged intellectual property violations. I have been demanding over and over again that I be provided with whomever filed the complaint and why posting my own text and pictures constitutes this type of violation.  I listed a soccer jersey for sale on a site devoted to jersey sales.  There was NO violation, but your company refuses to respond with any detailed findings from an investigation inot the matter.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I asked that my account be closed.  I cannot see any of my pages, because I cannot upload a photo for verification. I no longer want the account. It is too much of a hassle. I just want it deleted from facebook.
