Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
I need a physical phone call from Facebook.  Something is wrong with there server and there are no emails being sent to recover the account.  I recovered my account, through the friends process, and made a new password, however, now it states we have sent you an email to the new email, [redacted] which is linked to my[redacted] address, but I have not received the email to confirm the account.  I have sent if over 4 times, and check with our internet provider and internet team, and they state no email has been sent to that address and no emails have hit the spam filter.  This account is connected to my business account, [redacted], so I can not access my work account wither. 
I have added a screenshot showing my password was resent, but not getting the email to confirm account
to summarized, I have resent my password through the contact friends option, however they are not sending the email to click on to confirm the account to log back in.
In the phone number recovery it shows my phone number correctly, but are they dialing to 1's, because it shows[redacted], should it be showing [redacted]

your help files are a circle of information that do not apply to my complaint, I need to talk to an individual to resolve my problem. I have tried the filling out the information on your help center the advice I got was to unlike the person causing my problem, un fortunately that wont stop him posting negative comments on the page that belongs to the business I own I need to file a dispute to gain ownership of a page that represents the resort that I now own and operate can someone please contact me .

Dear Facebook.
 
The URL for our landing page is...

[redacted]. We have wasted a month not being able to advertise, despite making changes requested by facebook. I would like this case handled by one individual at facebook until the matter is resolved. We have removed any reference to [redacted] on our landing page and are looking to create ads to promote our company and promote our first sale. We are a fine art auction house and our first sale is of very tame 19th century [redacted] paintings. We need to find the middle ground between your stringent policies and our content. 
please reply promptly as this is an urgent matter.

[redacted] on Bass.[redacted] on Vocals[redacted] plays in[redacted] Why give customers the option to merge if you're just going to subjectively disapprove our business. [redacted] quit using FAKE BOOK so it truly doesn't[redacted] matter now. Thanks for nothing. You're all just a bunch of[redacted] robots with no hearts. You don't know what it's like to be at the bottom end of a corporate shoe. Your universal one size fits all application to every situation is the reason your stocks will continue to plummet. I think it's time[redacted] starts a new social platform, one where creative folks can be free and practice their art under the liberation of constitutional right. none of the suggested solutions work.
I tried all those solutions within the first day and none of them reactivated my account.
when logging in on my account it immediately asks for a phone number to be added.
clicking the button to add a phone number brings up a message that the session time has lapsed and to re log in.
re logging repeats the loop.
I am asking facebook to reactivate my account without the phone number entry page showing up.

I followed your published process for resolving this matter and was sent the blanket response that because there was no nudity, the picture showing a dog having sex with a human was acceptable.  Bestiality, in any form, is not acceptable in a public forum.  You have kids as young as 13 years old looking at this stuff and you just gave it a "green light".  Not only did you NOT pull it down yourself, but even after it was reported you gave your approval.  The reviewer who approved it should be fired.  The user who posted the picture should be banned.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Facebook has taken it upon themselves to DELETE my Facebook page for my salon.  There is nothing I can do at this point but start all over in getting my clients to like whatever new social media I create for my salon and get new reviews.  Everything I had established on my Facebook page for my salon has been eliminated.  I will not be creating a new page with Facebook since they don't appear to care how they treat their customers.Sincerely,[redacted]
