Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I  posted in only two groups this morning, and now the account is suspended for seven days…   I filed another formal complaint with the Revdex.com this morning.  I was told that the situation was taken care of and it obviously has not been.  I have still not received a response as far as how many groups I am allowed to post in. I have permission from the group administrators to advocate for mental health and the fact that your automated system is discriminating  against my efforts, whether it is intentional or not, is unacceptable. I have already visited the links that you posted through your support forums before I submitted this complaint as a last resort.  Please help me resolve this. This is unbelievably frustrating and you are preventing me from helping others who have come to depend on or enjoy my mental health advocacy.  This is not OK relax in general. Sincerely,[redacted]

My wife and I are real people. We corrected the name on our first account: [redacted] to just my name,  [redacted] and then the account was disabled. My wife created her own personal accoun: [redacted] using her real name, [redacted] and that account was disabled too. I'm not sure what we are expected to do in order to have a Facebook account. Please, delete the account associated with [redacted] and enable our personal accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] We will do everything we can to ensure we abide by the rules. Please give us another chance. We are real people and deserve to have a Facebook account. We have a business, [redacted] and paid to have you promote our business with two ads. We feel we are being treated as criminals.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have/had already sent in 12 different verification forms of ID including drivers licences 2 different forms of mail (one a horror block subscription the other a piece of mail) I also sent in screenshots showing the [redacted] welcome page that was associated with my payment method on FB; I then also sent in photos of numerous other subscriptions; all of which had my name on it... They're system only asks for 1 of 2 ways; 1 valid photo id or something off of that list or if that is not do able to send in 2 forms of id 'mail and mail/mag subscription was one of them' I took it even further and even showed them the sign in screen of my email account... where it says my inbox was empty. They say 'send us forms of id' well I dont know what they exactly want at this point because I have sent in the same stupid pictures multiple times also any time I try to even get into the support side now it tells me to log in; when I go to log in it says to me 'this account has been disabled if you feel this was done in error contact us here' I click that and it circles back to the log in to support to continue' and so on and so forth... So I cant ever get to a point to send in any new forms of id. And every response I have received so far has been that same sort of automated response... not to mention I made very clear to make sure that when I took the screenshot showing my email... that it also showed I never received any email from them ever saying why my email was disabled; and or how to get it back I directly went to open a ticket from trying to sign in from the 'if you feel this was done in error click here' the first time it worked when I received an email after sending in my form ofs id I havent been able to sign back in since to the support; and it does that loop. I would gladly give up and move on or forget about it but the thing is that account is connected to [redacted] with all of my info; its connected to my internet protection ([redacted]) my [redacted] Facebook is used widely as means for logging in to many places and to not have your account it ended up being very irritating I'm still in the process of trying to contact multiple customer service people and have broken down crying alot... I still cant deny I lost some of the last messages I had on that account from my grandparents before they passed and honestly am considering sueing for emotional damages... not to mention the time being spent having to fix this...Sincerely,[redacted]
