Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Their help center is absolutely useless. They never reply to anything. Both my wife and I have sent them questions, messages, and PM's. They STILL have NOT answered the original complaint. They are using this response to skirt the issue. Thanks but that is not very helpful at all. I have already tried that, already tried the "community" of which no one can help.
 
I need to contact someone from facebook who can actually do this and linking me to a frankly useless resource which is going around in circles is not good enough.

The email address that I'm having issues with being disabled is [redacted] I realize you don't offer the blue check mark to regular people but perhaps a grey check mark to stop people from repeatedly reporting me as fake will show your algorithm I'm real and this issue will be resolved. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Seriously Eliot thanks for your response but I have already done all these things listed in your response I wouldnt be here trying to resolve the issue if it was that easy please contact me dierectly or give me a contact to get this resolved The person that has control of my business page is refusing to hand over the admin role and is posting false information and has changed the business email address so no one can contact us about business .
 
Blocking them or contacting them will not resolve my issue I have reported them using the links provided and the answer I was given was to block them how will this fix my problem?

The entire reason I am filing a claim with the Revdex.com is because the help center was incapable of solving my issue. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED. And DO NOT refer me to the worthless Facebook Help Center again.

I do not want to simply deactivate my account.  I want to delete my account.  Facebook apparently will not allow me to do this.  I feel this is a violation of my ability to control personal information available to the public that I have repeatedly attempt to remove.  Again, when I attempt to delete my account, my password is rejected, despite it being accepted for log in.  Attempts to actually reach out to Facebook to resolve the issue have gone ignored.
