I am rejecting this response because none of the links address the problem.  I have an account that refuses to let me log in.  We continually change the password, and then subsequent attempts to log on result in immediate locking of the account.  We keep receiving notifications from customers attempting to contact us at these businesses, and cannot respond because we cannot access the Facebook account.It simply doesn't make sense. Please help.

Facebook answered providing a link to their...

regular account cancel process, which forces me to include my personal mobile phone. Finally, I did it so I could cancel the account (second attempt, we'll see if this time they don't reopen it). Let me remember that I didn't create that account, even when it was linked to my personal email.
It is a shame that Facebook don't send a confirmation link when an account is created!

I am rejecting this response because:I need further assistance to resolve the issue. Here is the requested link to when I try to log in or recover my account but the hacker's email address is the only one to which I can send a code: [redacted] The hacker's email, [redacted], will obviously not help me. I would need the code sent only to MY email address, which I have provided to the Revdex.com. I have also submitted my driver's license to Facebook in hopes of getting through to someone who can help me regain control of my account and prevent the hacker from accessing it. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I've uploaded three forms of ID several times and Facebook just ignores it. I believe they're doing this since I'm the creator of the groups they don't want open which are[redacted], [redacted] since they removed all the admin in those groups. Others are having issues with Facebook treating conservatives this way. They opened my account for one day last time I complained with you guys and did the security checks again soon after and have ignored it for over a month now. The attachement will show what they're doing by blocking admins from adding people to conservative groups. My wife's account also got closed which is[redacted]. They were blocking her from adding people to that group every hour. When they removed all my admins including me of my [redacted] group no one could block that guy[redacted] since he was a Facebook worker that added himself into my group. Since I had no admins or myself in the group we could not remove him. He was not a [redacted] supporter who was posting hate speech about[redacted] and we asked Facebook to help the group or people block him which they refused to help. Instead they gave my wife [redacted] a 7 day ban for asking him to leave the group. That attachment shows what happened each time we tried to block him. The other ones shows how my wife got a 7 day ban for just asking him to leave since he was upsetting the whole group by posting hate speech. This is what Facebook is doing to conservatives. They even mark conservative posts as spam to remove them. I believe they don't want to give me my account for this reason. It's discrimination towards conservatives what they're doing. They're removing free speech.  Please do something about this. Facebook will just ignore my request to get my account back. I've submitted my social security card, birth certificate and ID more than 6 times and they've still not opened my account up and gave me no reason why. We've asked them to stop removing all my admins too but they keep doing it to more than one group of mine.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Facebook did not address my complaint at all. The want me to allow THEIR software into my computer to clean it. I proved in my inital complaint that they are mistaken. Proof #1) I am able to access facebook through my deceased daughter's account on the same computer 2) I ran a thorough disk scan of my entire compter 2 times with [redacted] security and my computer did not have even one issure. Facebook claims my computer needs cleaning. it does not need cleaning.
I have not been able to access my account on Facebook in 10 days and it is making my ability to earn income more difficult. It is taking me longer to accomplish my work. I share businees ideas with clients through my facebook account.Facebook will not allow me to acess my account unless I click to run their software on my computer.
