I have already explained why I cannot do that. The email address linked to it has been hacked; I no longer have access to it. I have also asked you to tell me information necessary to bypass this system. Unfortunately for both of us, Revdex.com is all I have on my side and I cannot let go. This is the only line of communication available to me and I intend to keep it open. Delete my profile; let me know what you need to make it happen.

to contact Facebook. They've asked for the email associated with my account but I have no way of giving it to them. This issue happened before, but I thought having my Facebook email listed under the "customer info" section of the complaint was enough, otherwise I would have put it in the body of my complaint. I have already provided them with the necessary information and it seems like they are just dodging me again. I would gladly give them my email address even though it's already listed with my complaint, but I have no way of doing so. This does not help me at all.Sincerely,[redacted]

Thanks for your response. But I did not violate this rules. I provide service for third parties – any user can register on my website and create a link. And you blocked me for actions of one user, who freely registered on your website and violated your rules
You don't block bitly for violating your rules, because third party users violate your agreement, not owners.
 
I search cooperation, not confrontation. By integrating my website with your anti-spam and anti-abuse system you will receive protection from spam from thousands of domains, which you currently can not control.
Again, if you don't understand, what "third party" and "bitly" means, please forward this message to your manager

ID [redacted], and my Facebook account that was suspended is [redacted]
I received a message from the account named [redacted] threatening to suspend my Facebook account and a few hours later it happened. I have no idea how he did it, but that was an abuse since I have not violated any Facebook polices. And I have heard that this[redacted] has done the same to several others people.
