I have tried using the help centre ad various other resources and I am still unable to access my account. I have also spoken to my phone company and cannot use my I'm phone number as it has now been made void due to me having my new number. It soul be appreciated if there was some way to access my old account.

This is a ridiculous response from Facebook.
There is NO way to address my complaint through their link they sent.
 
Facebook SUSPENDED my account for SHARING A LIVE VIDEO POST THAT'S BEEN SHARED OVER 100 TIMES.
 
Dear Facebook...this IS SOMETHING THAT THIS COMPLAINT PROCESS THROUGH Revdex.com CAN BE DIRECTLY ADDRESSED.
 
Not through a nonsensical and non applicable Facebook link that goes nowhere.

Your Pages have similar names and represent the same thing3. Your Pages have the same address, if they have physical locationsThen, to merge your Pages:1. Go to "facebook.com/pages/merge [redacted])"2. Select 2 Pages you want to merge and click "Continue"3. Select the Page you want to keep and click "Keep Page"4. Click "Request Merge"

I am rejecting this response because: I have already submitted my I.D., my e-mail address and my Facebook account number. I am waiting for Facebook to clear the hold on my account so I can use it. I have not had any direct contact with Facebook. This whole process is very frustrating and disappointing.
