I have been dealing with this issue for several months. The only responses I get from Facebook are computer generated and that is not acceptable...this is a serious matter. I sent a large packet to your location and it was signed byan employee. I would like to be contacted via phone at [redacted] or email at[redacted] Please give immediate action to this situation. You can clearly tell that the one account is fake. My account had several years of pictures, memories and information. My [redacted] account has a cover picture of a sunset and kayak and a profile picture of me and my kids. The [redacted] stolen identity fake account has no cover picture and a profile picture of me when I had dark red hair. I have never lived in California and I have no friends in Illinois. He reports my account as suspicious and has it deactivated when you close down his account. He has stolen identification that allows him to get his account reinstated. My account continues to be deactivated! He is using the fake account to scam people for money.

I already submitted it through help multiple times and the bug continues to persist and is being ignored by your support staff. It was submitted through the support inbox on July 12. It is a valid bug and each week I continue to get this broken link.
I would appreciate if you can escalate this problem to the development team so that it gets fixed.

I am glad to respond with my information, however the Revdex.com indicates that my response will be published online, which makes sharing my personal information impossible.  Is there a way that I could contact Facebook independently?
