Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The open complaint I have with Facebook is in my Facebook Nickname, & not my Legal Name. Facebook is requiring proof of my identity. I sent them 2 utility bills in my Legal Name. I have no documentation tying my Nickname to my Legal Name. I am requesting that they allow me to use my Nickname ONLY (because of the uniqueness of my Legal Name=> Security Reasons) or to delete my Facebook Account completely followed by an email verifying that deletion. Thank you for your reply! But I'm not asking how to identify my Facebook account or how to reset password. These solutions can't solve the problem! Here is the problem with my Facebook account: I was just setting up Facebook ads and then I can't login to  my Facebook account. It always asks me to upload a photo of my face. I submitted my photo and Facebook said they will review it! I wait and wait for a long time. I still can't login to my Facebook account! It seems like Facebook never review the photo!
And I can't find answers how to solve the problem on Facebook help center! Please just review my photo and let me login to my Facebook account and I want to run Facebook ads!!!
Can you please check my account? Answering me with a few help links can't solve this problem! Please just check my Facebook account and review the photo of my face! If the photo can't meet your requirements just let me know! If it meets your requirements, please give my Facebook account back!!!

[redacted], and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me. Since filing this complaint I was blocked once more yesterday, (Tuesday, July 18, 2017). It was restored fairly quickly this time. Currently the issue is resolved but what do I do if it happens again? It seems to happen every few days. Sincerely, [redacted]
