I want to rescind my rejection of the businessI was angry that they were trying to blame this on meThey said that they have not shipped my order because I threatened to file a dispute when in actuality it was their customer service agent that suggested I do thisI just want the rest of my order and it does not look like they are going to reply to my responseIf the company agrees to sent my cabinets that they did not send before and the two that were broken (in all) and send me a tracking number and carrier name, I will consider this complaint closedI just want my life backI just wish that there was a way I could protect myself because they have told me many times that they shipped my stuff and never didThank you, [redacted]

The reason I have refused to close this complaint is that the company has NOT sent a refundNor have they EVER sent half the order I placed on 1/8/We are now in May and I have begged them to send my order for four monthsI have been made promises upon promises upon promisesThese items were supposedly in the mail more times than I can countI find out IN MAY that these items have always been on back orderThere was never any hope that I would receive my order, yet they strung me along with empty promises for FOUR MONTHSJust because they tell the Revdex.com that they intend to send a refund, I will only believe that when I see it!!! Checks in the mail - ya ok!!
