I will not consider this matter closed in an acceptable manner until I have received my product at my home and inspected it for any flaws and/or missing parts.  Also, additional compensation should be offered by the company considering this has been drawn out for another four months after my initial contact (which was well after the expected 16 week delivery time frame).  I have never had to work so hard to get something that I have already paid for.  I have also continued to receive sales emails about new specials and recently saw that they had a discount of 40% off of the exact same style of cabinets that I have purchased.  I would really appreciate a 10% refund to make up the difference of what I paid almost NINE months ago.  I have had to delay a much needed renovation by a half year because I cannot afford to go purchase replacement cabinets, knowing that this company has already told me they will not refund my money.  I should not have to feel trapped by a company, but I do.  I have worked customer service for years and have never made anyone beg for some form of compensation when my company has made an error.  For reference, I have attached the most recent sales email showing the 40% offered (which did not include a 16 week delayed delivery).

this refund took 30 days instead of the promised 10 and they won't respond to emails ever! Thank you for your help

The reason I have refused to close this complaint is that the company has NOT sent a refund. Nor have they EVER sent half the order I placed on 1/8/16. We are now in May and I have begged them to send my order for four months. I have been made promises upon promises upon promises. These items were supposedly in the mail more times than I can count. I find out IN MAY that these items have always been on back order. There was never any hope that I would receive my order, yet they strung me along with empty promises for FOUR MONTHS. Just because they tell the Revdex.com that they intend to send a refund, I will only believe that when I see it!!! Checks in the mail - ya ok!!

Customer disputed the credit card transaction. They must now deal with dispute process through their bank

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The least I am willing to Accept is $2,000.00.  I will consult my attorney as to how to proceed with a lawsuit against the company unless they give 100% of the profit back or the company ships the entire order in perfect condition to my Houston address.  I am still out thousands, when they sent a defective product.  I believe that the company knew they were sending subpar product as one of the packages was assembled and broken.  It appeared to be a return of damaged goods to begin with.  A week after the order was placed they offered 50% off this product line to get rid of old inventory.  If I had ordered under that program I would have paid less than they are offering  to refund.  my net amount out of pocket would have been $3,100+-, I am not asking for a 100% refund I am asking for less than half.  The subpar product that was only 40% delivered is available for pick up and inspection any time.  The other option is to redeliver the entire order in perfect condition (as you had promised to do originally) but to my Houston address.  Not sure what I will do with it but I would rather have that than less than 25% of what I paid for the product that is either broken or never delivered.

The customer had send us an email stating they were going to dispute the charge so we can not mail a check after an email has been made to them. The customer must now finish the process of the dispute with their card company

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. They have told me that it will be shipping out Tuesday 3/21/2017. However, they have told me it is shipping in the past. This time they informed me that my original order was on back order and we have since changed the product so no more delays should be expected. I will reopen a new complaint if the business fails to ship as promised again.

The response to my complaint is not acceptable.  It will be almost NINE months since I have ordered my cabinets, and the response to my request regarding some other form of compensation is that my complaint can be closed once I receive my order?  They never address any of my concerns or apologize for their lack of reliability or customer service.  I am a very understanding person, and would have understood if there were delays that were unexpected if they had ever bothered to contact me and be proactive regarding all of their errors.
