I ordered kitchen cabinets from this business on 4-9-17. I paid with an electronic check for $2350. After 11 weeks of not receiving anything I cancelled the order. On 6-26-17 they said they would issue a refund check. I never received anything to date. The last email they responded to was on 7-20-17 saying the check had already been sent , which is a lie. They will not answer a phone or an email. They are actually going on various sites and using my name to post positive reviews. I even saw one on the Revdex.com website. I need help dealing with this company and this frank lamark owner. I shouldnt have to travel to wisconsin to take him to court to get my money back.Desired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I want my money back from this guy in the amount of $2350.00

This is unaccectable. After 10 weeks of getting nowhere with this company I tried to cancel this order on monday. I was then told too late its shipped. I have been not given any details of when it was shipped , how it was shipped, when I should receive it or any proof that anything was actually shipped. Still have not received any tracking number from this company. I want my money back from this company so I can get on with my kitchen remodel. Who is running this company anyway? Is it Frank Michaels who was listed or is it [redacted] who is listed as the owner? I've done the search on this Lamark guy and its pretty scary.  stuff! We're now on almost 11 weeks [redacted], give me my money back!

[redacted]I will not close the case out and resolve until I have a check in my possession. Have ask the business about which carrier will be bringing the check and they have not responded to that email yet. If I receive the refund I will resolve the case.

Yes the customer is correct.We mail our refund checks. If they do not receive it by the end of 6-3-16 we will gladly re-mail it to them. Please also note we refunded this customer in full AND they kept all the material. Thank you!

We appreciate the feedback from the customer. While it doesn't happen often, some time items do get damaged in shipping. 3rd party shipping damages are not necessarily the fault of Cabinet Mania. We have made every attempt to rectify the customers concerns but unfortunately we could not make the...

customer satisfied. Instead we choose to allow the customer to keep all items shipped, damaged to not, and Cabinet Mania will issue a full refund to the customer. We wish the customer luck with their project!

Regards,They did write an email and say that they would give me a refund.  I am waiting for it now.  I do not want to close the case until after I receive the refund.  As of today I have not received anything.

I want to rescind my rejection of the business. I was angry that they were trying to blame this on me. They said that they have not shipped my order because I threatened to file a dispute when in actuality it was their customer service agent that suggested I do this. I just want the rest of my order and it does not look like they are going to reply to my response. If the company agrees to sent my cabinets that they did not send before and the two that were broken (8 in all) and send me a tracking number and carrier name, I will consider this complaint closed. I just want my life back. I just wish that there was a way I could protect myself because they have told me many times that they shipped my stuff and never did. Thank you,[redacted]
