I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The merchant actually sent the refund this time and it posted within a day. All this could have been avoided had they just helped us correct the issue with the damaged cabinet. We were so hopeful that Cabinet Mania was going to provide a good product because we have two more bathrooms and a full kitchen remodel to do. Sadly, we learned the hard way that their product and customer service are subpar

We have been in contact with the customer to resolve this issueThank you

We told the customer that that product was discontinued and they threatened to do a credit card backchargeSo they must now proceed with that route to get a refundPlease close this complaint

We already responded to this customers request and a refund is being sent via fedex

They have now told me that they are sending me a refund in the mailThis is after they told me they shipped the product on four separate occasionsAnd since I never received the product, that means they lied on four separate occasionsSo a promise from Cabinet Mania is not a resolutionA full refund received is a resolutionSo until I receive my full refund, this is not resolved. Additioanally, if I do not receive my full refund by Monday August 15, 2017, ( they told me they mailed it on Tuesday, August 9, 2017, I will be filing a formal complaint with the FBI for Internet FraudAnd naming individuals involved, along with the company.
