below.Cabinet mania has created a tracking number for the package on 9/6, the day after I made a complaint.  I spoke to UPS this morning & they have not been notified to pick up a package from cabinet mania.  While reading reviews on the internet a customer stated that this happened to them as well(they were sent a tracking number) and they never received their purchased item.  I feel it is a tactic to stop me from pursuing my complaint however I can.  I can not be stratified with this reply from them until I can confirm UPS has my package in hand.  They state on their website 2-4 weeks to receive your item, I ordered on 7/6/17.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]A pretty lame excuse.  Yes, was told item was discontinued but after I was told it was being shipped out.  Was asked if I wanted to substitute, which I selected one and was assured it would be shipped out asap after approval by management - which was supposed to be later that same day or by the next at the latest.  It took almost 2 weeks before approval.  Then shipment did not occur asap and 10 days later was still unshipped and no status of when it would be from the company.  I told them on 5/30/17 that I needed status (confirmed status) by 6/5/17 or would have to cancel.  Emailed on 6/5/17 and was told status would occur within 24 hours (I think the sticking point was I required trucking company name and shipping number which I could have used to confirm material was sent as stated since they had already lied twice to me - once that it was being bundled for shipping that Friday and again on the following Tuesday that, in fact, the line was D/C'd).  Just because I have filed a dispute with my card company should not delay ANY return of funds.  I am a purchasing agent for the govt.  I deal with dozens of companies and have handled a lot of billing disputes, overcharges, refunds, rebills, etc. in the course of my job.  I have never, once, had a company tell me that filing a dispute for a charge prevented a company from returning my funds when it was clear that the material had never been sent or received by my site.  By holding off, this just gives the company control of my funds for that much longer and basically appear to be jerks and unwilling to do the correct business procedures.  Their customer service is dismal once they have your money.

Unfortunately all of those emails they have documented and all of those phone calls R me calling and trying to get in contact with them none of those have ever resulted in an honest answer or any information on where my order is I was told it was supposed to ship last Monday or Tuesday that would be the second shipping they are not doing anything to contact me except saying responding to my emails with answers of it will be soon

to complaint ID [redacted].  There was no action to be taken as a refund was provided.  I hesitate to call their response acceptable, though, as they repeatedly lied about the order being shipped and did not deliver the products, even well outside the stated shipment window.  This caused significant delays in the renovations as we had to find another cabinet source after cancelling this order.

$1000 is our final offer. The claim was made after our policy of 7 days. We have also consulted our rep from the freight company and they have also sent us there policy, in writing, theirs is 6 days policy to disclose damages. Thank you

however.  I can not wait indefinitely. These cabinets are an anniversary gift and I am running out of time to do something nice for my spouse. I just want what is already mine.  I have given you 5 months another week is fine, but I would like to resolve this fast and amicably

 Please be advised merchant has made a false statement to the Revdex.com.  They did not issue refund as stated in their response to complaint, dated 6-14-17.After Revdex.com's contact with merchant yesterday, merchant sent email to me falsely stating refund had been made or would be made.  When I demanded date and transaction number, merchant could not provide and instructed me to file a credit card dispute.I contacted my bank and filed dispute today.  However, the deadline for submission was 6-7-17.  This scam merchant markets a product that takes 8 weeks or more to arrive, then makes false statement regarding shipping in process and/or backordered merchandise, specifically to string out the process past the 60-day dispute deadline put in place by credit card companies.Please pursue this merchant as fraudlent.Please continue to purse a refund on our behalf.  Thank you very much,[redacted]

The customer told us they were going to dispute the credit card charge so now they must continue with this process with their credit card company.

how or when it shipped! They will not probide any tracking info. I do not believe they shipped anything! More lies from them! Please help!

This company has not shipped anything! They have been emailing for 3 weeks that my cabinets are ready for pickup by shipping company. I finally emailed them on 6-20-17 to cancel the order and now they say too late they have shipped. They will not provide a ship date, confirmation number, or tracking number! Totally unacceptable! I want my money back from this shady company that will not pick up a phone to return calls and provides fake info. Look at their reviews. I'm definitely not the first person to have these problems with this company. I can provide any emails that will back me up on this matter.

I am sorry your order was damaged in shipping and is missing items. We will have to wait for the shipping company to return the items in order for us to address this issue.

The customers order is past 6 months and we are not able to credit his card back. He will have to contact his card bank and dispute the charge
