I am rejecting this response because:Regarding this complaint- I do not accept the termsMy phone glitched when I clicked I reject and somehow selected I agreeLike I said in my complaint- I spoke to two different people who confirmed the amount $to close my contract (I was told that the
amount would NOT be reduced even in my case as this was part of the agreement I signed) as per my phone call in JulyI also went in and spoke to someone in August or September and I was told that my account would simply be closedNothing was ever mentioned about a month to month, ever! Just because those employees didn't put notes into my account that I was looking into options of how to close my account, does not mean that I never ever contacted anyone about closing my accountMy sister was with me when I spoke to the membership services employee that confirmed that my account would be closed in November, not October (as the operations manager wrote) and she can verify this information.Revdex.com please stand up for me! I have read through the hundreds of reviews from California Family Fitness within the last year as well as multiple Revdex.com complaints have been opened against California Family Fitness for misinforming customers about their policies about their contractsEveryone says the same thing: the membership services employees say one thing and then people get charged based on their policies, which are very differentThis is the same thing that has happened to meI made an attempt to make myself knowledgeable of their policies regarding their contracts and now I'm told very different things by their employees that should know the contracts inside and out!!! I finished paying the full year contract as I promised on my part and I'd like CAF to return the money that they owe me that was cheated outIf I had known any of this - I would have cancelled my membership months and months ago! I am rejecting this response because: Re: Rebuttal to communication from Cal Fitness The message sent by Cal Fitness is insufficient, as it does not speak to their lack of ethics in this matter,
nor their apparent attempt to defraud by means of overcharge customers, as well as their failure to info of any refund restrictions/requirements PRIOR to acceptanceThe communication from Cal Fitness merely states: Your membership was cancelled as of 19- January, 2017” Nowhere does it address their culpability in continuing to charge AFTER the Days membership had concluded. Nowhere does it specify that these charges of $were in error and will be expunged forthwith(The full charge of $was per-paid prior to the 30-day membership) Nowhere does it assure that this bogus situation will NOT be entered as a negative entry on a credit scoreAnd lastly Nowhere does Cal Fitness demonstrate ethical business behavior, integrity and customer service by tendering an apology for their role in this matter, as well as the time & effort I have had to expand to resolve this matter I would state that each of these points be met in order that this matter be fully and acceptably resolved With Appreciation for Your understanding & Cooperation, *** ***

I am rejecting the response because:Many reasowas not a RefundIt was a fraudulent transaction by your corporinvestigated by my bank who found the 7/30/a fraudulent transaction.This you left out in your letter.
