I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for nine months at and if I receive the credit that was previously promised I will have been credited for months. I am asking for the full nine months credit because I did not authorize or know of the charges. Please refund the additional and we can close this matter

*** *** joined CFF in October under a month term membershipWhile her claim of our ETF of $is correct for members who have not passed the month mark on their payments, the contract also states that if a member moves miles from any CFF facility, we reduce the cancellation fee to $in the first months, and $if the member has completed monthsIf *** would have provided her proof of move at any point in her membership, we would have reduced her fee, and cancelled her membership *** also mentions that she was under the impression the membership would cancel on its own in October Per the contract signed, The Renewal Terms state: “I understand that at the conclusion of my term, as set forth above, my membership will automatically be converted to a month-to-month membership at the rate(s) in effect on the first day following the end of my termWhen this occurs, I may cancel my membership at any time by providing a written notice and making one final payment.” This portion of her contract is initialed by *** acknowledging her understanding of our terms *** contacted our Corporate Office on 1/18/to inquire about her account, and our representative, after hearing the issues she had, agreed to refund the payment made on 1/16/as a courtesyThe member is requesting that December also be refunded, but the member did not submit her written notice to cancel or her proof of move until 1/18/2016, and has a valid contract with us, therefore we do not see a reason to provide an additional refundThe membership is cancelled at this point with nothing further owed.
