I am rejecting this response because:I was mislead when I signed the contract I clearly could not access the facility for a month term - I was leaving for Spain the first of September then heading back to college in San Luis Obispo I was only in Sacramento for weeks - why would I knowingly sign up for months with these cancellation fees for weeks worth of access? I was told that I could cancel without penalty or cost which is why I signed the contract[redacted] (sp?) from CA Family Fitness left the following voicemail message on December 16, - "I have reviewed the account and it was a mistake on our part and we will be refunding all of the drafts that we taken out of John's account ending in It will take 5-business days for that to happen."I believe they should carry through on this commitment

I am rejecting this response because:The $to [redacted] is not a credit to MY credit card that was charged $for months in a row even after contacting the billing department multiple times.? ? The disputed $is when I was tired of dealing with the billing department and had the charge reversed through my credit card companyCalFit overcharged me $for the month of August and SeptemberI was charged twice each of those monthsThe call with [redacted] was disconnected in the middle of our conversation when I was asking him a questionI called back to finish the conversation since he did not return my callThank you for the $finally being credited, I do appreciate thatHowever, your company still has overcharged me and refuses to take responsibility and refund itI was willing to accept months free as a credit for the overchargesOnce [redacted] cancelled my account it was no longer a credit for the overagesAdditionally you charged me for a month I was unable to use because your company does not like that I use a resource CalFit chose to get my account correctI have been promised that my account would be fixed correctly since March it is now November and my account is still not corrected properlyI am not requesting that my membership be reinstatedI WANT THE MONEY YOUR COMPANY OVERCHARGED ME returned to meI have provided this information to CalFit multiple timesJUST FIX IT!!!!!!!?

Hi, I just went in the system to try to retrieve the complaint number and noticed a response form California Family fitnessOn their it says that the Revdex.com feels that our issue has been addressedI want to dispute thisOur dispute was not the fact that they wanted to now charge us $59.50, because they were willing to do that moving forward Our dispute was the fact that they were over charging us for yearsthis was what our dispute was aboutThey acknowledged they gave us a higher price, and then tried to back track and give us different reason why not to payThey are trying to bully us into signing a new contract which void any prior contractThey lied to me, telling me my husband signed a contract saying we were willing to pay the higher amount and when I asked them to send it to me they could not because he never signed itI really need help with this case, and thought that you would have questioned the business moreWhat steps can I take in regards to thisThis company has been very bad with its accounting My family has had billing issues as wellMy husband had been part of this gym for many years and doesn’t wish to leave, but I demand for them to do right by their mistakeCrediting the amount that was over paid would make it rightI’ve seen so many horrible replies to this business and you need to work for the consumer to help us with themThey did not provide any real reason on why they did what they didWe also sent them a formal letter disputing this and we never received a return response in writing as I asked for They did call and did not want to give us a credit, but we asked for it in writing which they were not willing to doWe received a letter in the mail yesterday stating our account was unfrozen (which we did not request) and that we could start going to the gymI had asked for this account to be frozen until this matter was resolved.Again what steps can I take to continue with this challenge? I am rejecting this response because: The reason that I called in January was to cancel and get a credit The man that I talked to assured me that I would no longer be charged My word against yours You can see from my usage that I had no idea that I was being charged I never used the service once and this is the primary focus of my complaint I never knew that I was being reinstated Had I known this I would have said, please do not reinstate me as I am unable to use the service You had my phone number, my mailing address and my email and did not notify me that you were reinstating my membership This is deceptive and unethical and you can do better to serve your customers Transparency is key here I was never told when I suspended that I would be automatically reinstated and charged I am requesting a full credit and will not be satisfied until I receive that

I am rejecting this response because: I was given time till 11/because I had signes up at the end of sept 9/So how is a free month if I was going to cancel with in days 10/.And the staff ive talked to at the rocklin location gym saidI had days which was 10/not 10/30. Im going with sales person who signed me up initially which is 11/2And I was there on 10/to cancel and I was denied and sent saying it was too late and I have to pay cancellation fee.So its not my fault I was sent back within the dates even though they are confusing me with dates.

Hello [redacted] First, I would like to point out that you and your mother, T [redacted] both recieved $totally a $creditIn addition, your contract states the rate of $99/month [redacted] had offered you a new contract at $69/month which was never signed by youHe also offered you months free which our records show was on 10/14/@ 11:16amYou then called back the same day at 11:24am trying to renegotiate the credits which [redacted] refusedThen you filed the Revdex.com complaint @ 11:36amDue to this, your account was cancelledWe have credited back the $Unfortunately, your account will remain cancelledThank you, [redacted]

Hi [redacted] , Your account has been reviewedYou went into our club and the cancellation process was explained to youYou were also provided with a cancellation confirmation form that explains the final paymentIt does not appear that you had any issues during the cancellation process until after you were charged the final payment on 11/03/On the agreement it states that you may cancel your membership by giving CFF written notice and making one more monthly payment after written notice is received by the CFF corporate office. I am rejecting this response because: I have just received an email from accounting asking me to supply a note written by my doctor stating my conditionI responded before I read you wanted to resolve this .your accounting executives do not know about your offer unfortunately it is still not resolved
