I am rejecting this response because: on may 1st the dues (29.98)were not covered by the they were pulled out of my account I have them on my banking statement and I just looked so that's on top of the 119.

Hello ***,Our manager has already provided a refund to you in regards to a medical note that they did receive. You was refunded months’ worth of dues in the amount of $based on the date range provided in the medical note. You have not signed a cancellation form and have not
emailed in a request to cancel as our manager attempted to capture from you. Our manager emailed you in hopes that you would've replied with a request to cancel. Due to no response our manager has gone ahead and set up the cancellation based on the verbal conversation. We have also issued you an additional two month refund for the months of February and March based on your original conversation back in January, although at that time you never requested cancellation and was only looking for compensation for months not used due to your medical issues. We simply asked that you provide an additional medical note that will capture the additional dates that your are demanding a refund for. We are unable to assist you with this refund until we receive another medical note relating to the dates you are requesting further refunds for. Your membership status is cancelled, total refund issued thus far is $519.92. You will see this refund in two parts. And again if anything further is needed as far as refund, you will need to provide a date range specific medical note that is relating to those months still in question. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:You are violating the security of all State Employees when this happens. Then anyone can pose as a family member of a State employee by providing a copy of an employee ID then. What happens if found out that the person signing up is indeed not a family member then? Mr*** and his upper management acted irresponsibly and illegally. This membership wasn't a courtesy to my wife. I believe that they just wanted to meet their monthly membership quota and wanted the commission regardless of taking any proper and safe protocols. I will be further investigating this. Thank you.

Hello, When you were enrolled at the event you signed a year contractAfter reviewing your account you enrolled on 03/31/and brought proof of your State of California employment into our front desk staff on 05/29/At no point was a trial period for your membership mentionedOur sales
manager was very clear with the guidelines behind our state programYou brought in your State of California ID two months after you enrolled to receive your discount, so you could not have been under the impression that your membership was a one month trialPlease let us know if you would like a copy of your signed contract sent to you for reference of our cancellation policyThe agreement clearly states all of the details of our cancellation policy in section You may also freeze your membership at any time. I am rejecting this response because:As I noted in my original complaint - I did sign the contract - but I was told I could cancel without charge after the weeks I would be in town and have access to the facilityI should have gotten that in writing - lesson learned. I was mislead by Ca Family Fitness and in their voicemail of December 16, they confirmed there had been a mistake and they would reverse all the charges. I am requesting that they keep that commitment. I was only in the area for two weeks, then to Spain, then back to college in San Luis Obispo - I would not have signed up to a month contract expecting to pay for the full months
