Regarding Order #s WXXXXXXXXX and W( [redacted] , Tel#XXX-XXX-XXXX) I purchased a refrigerator online and purchased the optional icemaker When frig was delivered, December 19, there was no icemaker Delivery person said he found the same problem with online orders On 12/19/I spoke to Catherine who told me I had to purchase icemaker (which I had purchased on 12/19/online) I purchased the icemaker and was told to call for installation once the icemaker was delivered The installer showed up with the icemaker which could not be installed because of work being done on the condo Since they showed up without my first calling for installation, they wasted their trip They left me the icemaker On 12/26/15, I spoke to Christine and Michelle regarding this issue On 12/31/15, I spoke to Beth who scheduled installation for January 4, Installer showed up to install the icemaker, but the icemaker was broken On January 5, I spoke to Kori and Samantha for a replacement icemaker On 1/9/16, I called again (I didn't get the name of the person I spoke with) who scheduled the installation for January On January 12, the installer, Alex called me to find out if I had the icemaker, which of course, I did not have On January 12, I spoke to Annette who asked me to call the next day on January 13, I called and was told that I would get a call in a day or twoI was told that they had an icemaker in the warehouse Of course, nobody called me On January 15, I spoke to Dana who told me that the replacement icemaker was not ordered and that she will call me back in minutes I am still waiting As you can see, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! In several of these calls, I was kept being bounced around and around What is going on? I am still waiting for the icemaker and installation Can you help me resolve this issue?

DON'T BUY A PATIO SET FROM THEM - THEY WON'T STAND BEHIND IT Seriously, after only days, the supposedly [redacted] cushions on our [redacted] firepit set faded 35-40%, and there was rust on the supposedly all-aluminum firepit, and Depot was not willing to stand behind the set to our satisfactionEssentially, if you buy a patio set from Depot, be happy if it makes it days

Purchased [redacted] replacement windows with installation I obtained several estimates before deciding on home depotHome Depot was the highest priced but I went with them because I believed that the windows would be high quality and energy efficientI am very disappointedWith the cold temps we have had recently I can feel a considerable amount of cold coming from the windowsI have ugly thermal curtains up which I was hoping I would be able to remove after installing energy efficient windows, this will never happen because these windows do not keep the cold outAfter I complained about the cold coming off the windows I was told that the reason I have cold coming from the windows is because I have a slab foundationAlso disappointed with the trim around the outside of the windowsPieces are overlapping, does not look professionalI Paid for these windows, way too much money to be having these types of quality issuesHome Depot will never replace any of my windows againI also attempted to put up a public review on the Home Depot web site, with photos, but a link is required to do soafter complaining that I was unable to access the public review site I still do not have a linkBeware, Don't buy [redacted] Replacement windows from Home Depot

I would not recommend this companyI purchased a door on 10/5/16, kept in contact through the building process, as I need delivery by 11/4/On 10/28/I was told the door would be delivered to the delivery company on 11/1/and they would contact me for deliveryI was contacted later that same day by the delivery company and told my door would be delivered 11/4/and I would need to be there to signToday is 11/4/and at 1:I still had not heard from the delivery companyI called [redacted] and was told they had me scheduled for delivery and gave me a phone number to callThey said nobody had answered when they tried but to give it an hour and keep trying them, to get a delivery timeI said that was unacceptable and told them to look into my delivery, get the requested information and call me backI received a phone call hours later from a manager telling me my door would not be delivered, as it was damaged in transit to the delivery company days agoExcuse me, your rep just told me it was out for deliveryThe [redacted] rep then went on to blame everything on the third party delivery company which I could not believe [redacted] damaged the door in transit and [redacted] neglected to inform their customer, not the delivery companyI am now informed the replacement parts will hopefully arrive in two weeks, the door will then be repaired and then deliveredBecause [redacted] neglected to call me and explain the issue, I will now have to take a different day off work to accept delivery and am out $My $door has now cost me $I posted to the Home Depot facebook page and was asked to send them all of my information, so they could look into the matterI posted to the [redacted] facebook page and was told they would review the recorded phone callsI replied back, saying that'd be great and to make sure the reviewed the calls from October as wellNeither company has since responded back

Chapter I I have purchased six appliances; original delivery date was scheduled and on the date of the delivery nobody showed up and hours later on the phone I still had no answer as to why I was not informed that my appliances would not be delivered on that dayHowever, a new delivery date was established Chapter II New delivery date arrived so did the delivery truck: half hour call before the delivery turned into minutesI was excited and ready to get the new equipmentMy happiness turned into disappointment in a matter of secondsThey only had four out six appliances, the refrigerator was not on the truck: I empty my refrigerator for second time for no reason, not to mention turning of gas and waterI had no option but to refuse the delivery, because I was informed by Home Depot that the delivery can not be made unless all the equipment ordered is present Chapter III Finally we have arrived on "the third lucky day"The truck has arrived, this time the delivery people called from my driveway, so much for the half hour noticeHowever, the morning turn into proverbial "cluster ...k"This time again only four out of six appliances were on the truck with wrong refrigerator and delivery personnel informed me that according to paper work they are not removing old equipmentI showed my paper work distinctively reflecting that I have paid for removalNO, that did not matter to these two fine gentlemen...Delivery canceled Home Depot is horrible with these types of problems; after spending countless hours on the phone and being promised quick resolution as of yet nobody has called me back...Stay tuned for next chapter (" The Revenge of the Dish Washer")

I attempted to to order a washing machine from Home DepotThey never showed up for delivery, never called and then claimed they lost the applianceNo one from their customer service department has been helpfulI cannot even file a complaint with Revdex.com because in the complaint form I can only specify stores in states other than mine Here is one of my emails to home depot: - I placed an order and got a delivery date - NO ONE CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE THE DELIVERY DAY - The driver called me at 12:50pm to tell me that he will be here in minutesThat would be 1:30pm - I had to call at 2:10pmI had to remind him who I wasHe tells me he has the paperwork but no appliance - I start calling home depot customer serviceAT NO POINT IN TIME ANYONE FROM HOME DEPOT CALLED ME TO FOLLOW UP - I spent hours on that phone that dayAt one point in time, I was actually transferred to a Samsung rep who told me that I was not supposed to be transferred to her, but in any case they already shipped the appliance to Home Depot warehouse - Eventually at the end of the day I am told they will open an investigation at the warehouse to find out where the appliance is and that it will take 48-hours to completeThis was Tuesday by the wayThe last rep was unable to contact anyone at the delivery company at 4pmNo one was returning his calls - I called again and emailed the next day - I got an email from the online support team on Friday that I contacted separately telling me that I SHOULD CALL Monday - I called today MONDAY which was days later or hours laterWhere was that hour promise on the investigation? The investigation was never brought upNo result was revealed to meI was told the appliance is out of stock and if I want it I need to wait until January - At this point I have to give up and realize that the customer service reps are not training to know what to do if the process deviates from the scriptThe appliance was lost somewhere but no one acknowledged thatNO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO GIVE ME THE CUSTOMER A CALL That was weeks agoI am still trying to get a refund for an order that was never deliveredNow they claim that their vendor needs to scan the appliance back in their systemBut I was told the appliance was lost

I am copying/pasting an email I sent to the Home Depot Corporate office regarding my concerns for my recent Home Depot Home Improvement project, specifically for granite countertops and backsplash installationSo far nothing has been done RE: San Antonio HDI 1) Kari T [redacted] (Home Depot consultant) - initial visit to my home regarding project aI spoke with Kari about my desires for a new granite countertopShe sold me Home Depot's pitchI told her I'm relatively new in SA and my number one priority is professionalism - and that I've had poor experiences in the past with handymen and third parties in SA (for jobs at the house)She insisted that Home Depot takes pride in professional and guarantees 100% satisfactionI am an anesthesia resident at University Hospital in SA - and I work around 70-80hrs/wk and have around days off a monthKari assured me I would have nothing to worry about - the process would involve additional visits for measurements (after the initial visit) and a day for installing the projectLater I learn that it is in fact days of installment (countertops and backsplash) - so I was misinformed about thisHad I known, perhaps I would have opted for just the countertops out of convenience of time for me given my schedule 2) My third measurement was scheduled to be between 10am-1pm (something like that) by a guy named Manny with Stone WorksManny called me at noon, telling me he would be late - closer to 2pmThen he called again saying he would be closer to 4pmThen he called at 4:40pm, saying he was 20min awayUltimately I ended reschedulingIt is obviously very frustrating when you get days off a month - and you spend an entire day inside for someone to come take a measurement in you home for a project that was "sold to you as being convenient, done by professionals." I was frustratedCalled the HDI officeUltimately spoke with Desserae (manager for home depot?) and BenCalled 2x and left messagesI also called KariAt this point, this was a huge red flag to meI expressed my concern and was considering options to canceling the projectDesserae told me I would be subject to a feeJohn S [redacted] the office manager called and apologized - I thought I would let it go and proceedNot surprisingly (likely since I was about to cancel the project), they expedited rescheduling the measurement by a gentleman named Jeremy for the following week in the evening when I would be off rather than month later 3) Jeremy arrived for the measurementWhen he gave me his drawing for review and asked for my signature, I knew something wasn't rightI asked him about the extended bar - and if he reviewed the Home Depot drawings by the HDI representatives (namely, Kari and Ben)Jeremy told me he doesn't have access to those drawings and doesn't see themThis again was a huge red flagI explain the best I can to him as I don't have the drawings done by HDI and sign offI later call Kari, Ben at the HDI office, as well as John with HDII express to them by concern for the measurement and plead with them to please double check everything to make sure the measurements are accurateI have voicemails still on my phone (messages that they left me) assuring me that they have double-checked everything and that there should not be any problemsPlease note here that as the customer that's 3+ phonecalls and different people I've spoken with at the HDI office to preclude any problems 4) Stone Systems counter top team arrives to install countertopThey work very efficiently and effectivelyThey let me know when they are done - and then I notice there is granite missing from behind my rstoneThey tell me that it was not a part of their measureI ask myself - why do I even go out of my way to preclude problems when the people I'm paying (HDI office) doesn't even care 5) For my project, the counter team took visits - because they incorrectly measured and the backsplash team took visits-because they did not look at the measurement closely enough - once they told me they were finished-I asked "what about these walls?" - turns out they were incorrect with their measurements and brought insufficient tilesAfter the team left, broken tile pieces and nail were on left my floor - easy for my dog to get to 6) I call the office 1/11/to tell them about the tiles and ask for an explanation for the countertops measurementA woman named Crystal picks up and tells me John S [redacted] is unavailable but will call me backShe assures me however that she can help meI tell her everything and ask if she has an explanation and her response is (with no remorse) - "human error." It really hurt my feelingsI really don't know why I went through all this and paid so much more money to get something done through Home Depot if they don't even careI called Kari and John again - but no phone calls returnedObviously they are aware but don't feel the need to speak to the customer

Hello I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot in The following year I had to have the extended warranty people come outThey came out every year about times a yearLast year it was times and I learned the problem was they never connected the washer under the bottom of the machineI had to complain complain complain until the rep in Atlanta (Ashley) offered On a machine that I paid After going to himedepot to order another machine when the delivery people came out [redacted] one of the workers (Joel) was so rude I told him I withdraw be filing a complaint on him in which he said go ahead I don't care, I'll dial the number for youI spoke to a rep (Wilona) who was just as rude as he wasAfter that everyone I contacted gave me the I'm sorry etc bs and the knob on my machine so happen was missing off the machineJoel claimed I was sold a used machine which I watched them take it out the box and when I turned the main knob was missing which meant I had to rescheduleJoel did offer to sit the machine in my garage and leave itMy question was why would I want a machine sitting in my garage and my laundry is on the floorHe said he couldn't hook it up so that's all he cool doI told him he could take it back and get me another machine with all the knobsThat was on May My next date was scheduled for June in which I took off work againI get a call around 10:00am saying the truck broke down and they would need to rescheduleSo once again I call Ashley who place me on hold for a supervisor for to minutes come back to the phone and say to more minutes than come back to the phone and say to minutes than come back to the phone and say she can't locate a supervisorSo yes this is how hone droit POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

I had a very bad experience with ,Crystal View,- a shower door vendor with Home depot! Crystal View's incompetency put me behind in a major project and their attitude has made we plan never to use any home depot vendor ever!! This is a major loss for you because I remodel homes and my group remodels homes to the total of several thousand dollars a year You need to do something with this very bad partner to Home Depot, Crystal View makes Home Depot look very bad on all levels This vendor gave both my contractor and my self the run around for over days and then said they had no record on the last communicationAfter that statement they asked me if I would like to cancelThat alone makes no sense!!! This is a letter I sent the CEO of Home Depot PROCEED WITH CAUTION WITH THEIR PROTECTION PLANS: Mr [redacted] I felt it necessary to take this opportunity to write to you about a serious issue with the Home Depot and the protection plan department I recently scheduled service for my [redacted] dryer for Saturday, November 26th After rearranging my work schedule, I sat at home, waited and no one showed Upon calling the Home Depot Protection Plan department, I was told that they would reschedule the appointment for Tuesday, November 29th between and pm The Home Depot customer service representative put me on hold and told me she got a hold of the service contract company and assured me that they would definitely be at my home on Tuesday,November 29th Once again, I rearranged my work schedule and sat at home for no one to show I decided to go online to review the company, [redacted] Appliances and Repair out of Woodbridge, VA To no surprise, the reviews listed for this company on several web sites are less than favorable to say the least Had this been my first go around with this company, I wouldn't be writing you but considering this happened last year around this time with my previous dryer, I felt it necessary to contact you Exact same circumstances except the company didn't show for scheduled appointments I contacted the Protection Plan department last night to request a different company to service my dryer I was told that in order to have my dryer serviced by a different company I have to wait two business days from someone from Home Depot to call me I'm confused...did I not pay for the warranty? In the Washington DC area, this is the ONLY company you contract to service appliances? I have had a Home depot credit card for a while now and when I first got the card I gave then a check(Blank) to put through my bank and the due date was on the 16th of every month, well I get ph;one calls all the time, I have a check again that they have been putting through for years, quit calling me , stick to the contract, If you need I can provide all this through my bank.I am tired of rude and sarcastic people, Please stop t;he phone calls, And I just got my bill and they just took out the last bill on Dec the 27 ,why can they not do what is right and by contract, quit calling me, if ;you do not take it out it is not my fault. To whom this may concern, I am writing this letter to let your corporation know how disappointed I am with the services of both the Home Depot flooring department in Simi Valley, CA along with the floor installer, [redacted] To sum it up, Home Depot truly hindered and made my moto my very first owned home an experience that I hope to forgetI cannot tell you how excited I was for my husband and I to fix up our new home and purchase new laminate floors and carpetUnfortunately, from the very start, we had nothing but problems when dealing with he Home Depot teamI am not one to point fingers at one individual, but from a team standpoint - a whole lot was done incorrectly and this is very upsetting Here is an outline of issues encountered (that I can recall): a) Measurements were taken at my home the first week of August b) Measurements were not done correctly or in entirety (missed an entire room among other things), new measurements taken the second week of August.- setting us back an entire week c) We go into the Simi Valley store to go over the measurements, the selected products and quote however our order was originally put in as all carpet (even in the kitchen and bathrooms) so we had to spend hours in the store getting the quote correctedItems were finally purchased on August 19thWe opened a home depot card and I was told by the associate that they would call that following Monday to try and get our purchase on months interest free financing vs the standard six months - still to this day never hear back on this d) We waited to hear from the store to let us know when our laminate would be in so it could acclimate in our house - never heard a wordWe stopped by the store to purchase other items and were told by our cashier that we had items waiting for us to pick up - that being the laminateWould have been nice to have been called so we could start the acclimation process sooner e) Home Depot lets the installer know that we have the materials and to schedule appointment - once the installers arrived, half a week later, they were unable to start the job because they were missing the transition pieces and the measuring person did not include the stairs leading to the living room and bedroom - we were set back another week and a half waiting for the new measurements and the special order pieces of laminate f) In the mean time, we have our carpet upstairs installed along with the vinyl in the downstairs bathroom (after having a third measure because they forgot to add upstairs bathroom to the original order) the installer of the vinyl managed to break two of my toilets, one of which was never put back on and the toilet was left in the middle of my bedroom on the brand new carpetsI was told that "pieces broke during the install and I would need to have a plumber look at this"To this day, I am down to one working toilet out of three and I am awaiting a plumber which I now have to spend $per toilet g) Last week I was told all materials came in for the floor, finally however the earliest the installer had was for Tuesday, Sept 20thI wait at home and no one shows (took time off work AGAIN) just to find out that the appointment was actually never scheduled as the manager of home depot had said - SO it was delayed until later in the afternoonCame home last night to it STILL not done because yet again, they are missing a transition pieceI currently have a huge space between the bathroom and the landing After all of this trouble and over a month of hassle, disappointment, re-scheduled appointments, broken toilets, sub-par install job, and delays I have a whole whopping $back on my card for my troublesWhich is laughable considering I have almost $in toilet fees coming my way I have been mad, sad, aggravated, missed work and many more disgruntled feelings and that is the LAST thing I should experience when spending over $thousand dollars with a vendorI am beside myself - and I can honestly say when this is done that I will never step foot in another home depot locationI thought by using a well known name vendor that I would get my money's worth and all I am left with is a bad experience, sour taste in my mouth and a lifetime of passing the word of my horrible time with it all I hope my story will help your customer service and or training teams figure out a strategy in which others don't have to go through the same thing Thank you for reading this and I hope someone finds it useful Kind regards, [redacted] @gmail.com

Would like to submit a review for the lack of customer service and support provided by the Home Depot I have been a loyal customer of this business for many years About weeks ago, I replaced all kitchen appliances with [redacted] appliances from Home Depot A week later the microwave caught on fire Luckily no one was hurt as we were near the unit and turn it off We visited the Home Depot store where we purchased all the appliances and were told they could not help us, or replace this defective/dangerous unit Very frustrating situation as this unit is now just weeks old We do not want a refund, just to have the unit replaced with a working unit since its well below the day return policy most stores (including [redacted] ) provide to its customers

I went to homedepot store located 6003 Oxon hill Rd MD 20745. Store manager's name is Nicky. I went to the store this morning and went in at 5:55am. The store was opened. After, I went in to the store , the manager kicked me out from the store and said that it wasnt time to get in. However, the doors were open to come in. I came in early so I can rent the insulation machine. I bought the materials I needed and then I went to the check out desk and no one was there to assist. I asked the manager if she can help me, she refused to. She stated that the person who knows everything about this purchase came in at 7:00am. So I waited with the insulation items at the store waiting for someone to help me. The store manager was very unprofessional , unpleasant and at the same time she stated that didnt care about this bad review. I felt unwelcome and ashamed at front of the other employees there when she kicked me out. I have never been treated in a store like this.
