I am very upset with your customer serviceI brought in a Ryobi chainsaw to your Poplar Bluff store for a minor warranty repair approx months agoToday while in your store I inquired about the chainsaw and was told that it has been lostThis was a simple repair of a $part that I could have ordered online and replaced myself within daysI only brought it in because it was under warranty and I purchased the extended warranty alsoObviously that was a waste of moneyAfter leaving your store I received a call from your associate who told me that someone would be calling me back to arrange shipping of a replacement chainsawI have heard nothing so farI have been very patient on this matter but my patience has limitsThis needs to be resolved now! I have been building a house for the past couple of years and I have spent several thousand dollars in your storeApparently, I need to reevaluate where I spend my money

We purchased Anderson Doors from Home Depot in April The wrong doors came in May or June, but were not taken care of until we called to check on installation Door finally installed in late July with issues immediately noted by installer As of today, doors still not properly installed and no facings up My husband has initiated calls with Home Depot many many times to be told they would send emails or make calls They did not consistently return calls or keep us informed of what was happening With all the issues we have had with these doors, it seems that someone from Home depot would have stepped in and taken over coordination of repairs Instead Anderson rep has come out several times and seems to have a plan, but installers repeatedly comes out to look at the doors but not fix them, or finish installation It has now been over months since the purchase and I still don't have completed installation.!!!

I went through Home Depot for gutters on my houseThe gutters are not working properly and have created a leak in to my bedroomI am still under warranty and have called times over the past four weeksNothingThere have been storms since and I'm tired of having a tarp covering part of my house

I have never thought that a company could treat customers so poorlyWe bought appliances from Home DepotThe day the appliances arrive was the beginning of a five weeks of hellSince then we got nothing but lies, and the runaroundThe lies started from the floor supervisor all the way to their management and their so call "customer support."
I would never buy anything from HD again especially not services

We order a dryer to Home DepotThe lady who helped us ask phone # where they can reach us for the deliverShe advice us that someone will call us the night before the delivery date
First - we waited for the call per associates instructions, but no one calledSo I told my daughter in law to take a day off so someone will be home during the delivery
Second - the delivery guy was so rude to my daughter in law and giving her attitude
Third - I paid extra to haul the old dryer but the delivery guy refuse to take the old oneSo I called him like but never pick up her call
I decided to call Home Depot and as usual it's hard to get thru and if someone picks up a call they'll transfer you to someone's voice mailIt took me almost an hour to connect and ask for the store managerI talked to Daly City branch manager name Richard - that manager himself is not accommodating and not helpful at allI asked him to do something about my bad experience but he kept saying it's not there fault and I should blame the delivery company - which adding more insult to injury
This is such a bad experience for us dealing with Home DepotI will tell my friends and family about my experience and not to order/buy anything in Home Depot!!! And I will post a bad testimony in Social Media as well, so people will aware on how Home Depot run the business!!!

Today I have canceled my Home Depot Credit Card and I will never purchase anything from Home Depot againThank you Home Depot for allowing me to be ripped offI asked Employee Martha *** located at the Home Depot on ** st and *** Phx Az to simply add a note saying I did not want my old refrigerator hauled away when the new one was delivered because it was still under warrantyShe assured me that since I didn't pay the haul off fee it would not be touchedI insisted that she leave a note but she didn't and guess what? I ordered tool boxes for my truck on October 20th to be shipped to store thinking it would faster then most online ordersI tried to follow tracking but couldn't get a solid delivery date so I continuously called each dayFinally they told me on Nov 3rd that the order was "Partially received" and they should have the rest the next dayI went in the next day and they had one of the tool boxes but couldn't find the other...the order was dated for having received it on Oct yet no one called, texted or emailed letting me know
On the 5th I called to see if they ever found the other box and couldn't reach anyone so I got online where it looked like my order was complete and picked up so I got on chat and asked about itThey also couldn't tell me anything and said it had to show complete to reorder so I drove back to the store and tried again to find something outThey said that they would check with *** trucking on Monday and let me knowThe following Tuesday I still hadn't heard anything so I tried to call, gave up on being put on hold and drove inAgain they were confused and said that I ordered boxes (I ordered 2) and that they had in stock but the 3rd hadn't arrivedWhen I told them I ordered 2, the other was a reorder because they couldn't find one and asked if they could just see if they had any, they couldn'tStill don't know when they will be here but the best guess they can give me is the week of November (over a month from my order) I will never order from Home Depot again and I will avoid the store at all costsI opened a *** Pro account so that I wouldn't have to fight this any longer

I had a very bad experience with ,Crystal View,- a shower door vendor with Home depot!
Crystal View's incompetency put me behind in a major project and their attitude has made we plan never to use any home depot vendor ever!!
This is a major loss for you because I remodel homes and my group remodels homes to the total of several thousand dollars a year
You need to do something with this very bad partner to Home Depot, Crystal View makes Home Depot look very bad on all levels

I am a licaretaker of my year old grandmother and we needed to remodel her bathroom to be ADA compliant now that she is in a wheelchairMy grandma and I went into the Davis Street Home Depot to order a Sterling Shower Kit which would have a bench for herThis was a very important aspect of this remodelDid I also mention that my grandmother is on a fixed income and this was the perfect combination of price and function?
We ordered the kit on December 11th and were told that it would be in the store by December 22ndWe had a contractor who was on a tight schedule who agreed to our timeline and depended on the shower kit to be there in timeWe gladly paid upwards of $for the kit
I called several times when I didn't receive a shipping confirmation and was brushed off by customer service since it wasn't the very last dayAnd of course, on the 22nd, when I called- the kit was not inBut I was given a tracking number and said it would be in the next dayOf course, I called the next day and it wasn't in
I was directed to Home Depot online customer service who said the order was split in two and one parcel was in the store and had been delivered a week ago and the other parcel was at a Home Depot in Tracy, CAI was livid and called the Davis Street Home Depot again
After speaking with the manager, who I had to re-explain everything to, he assured me that he spoke with the shipping manager and the parcel would be in the next day from Tracy"It is just sitting on a truck and it will delivered tomorrow", he said
I send my contractor to Home Depot and surprise, surprise- no shower kitI was so angry that I took time off of work to head to the store and try to straighten this outApparently, Home Depot Online cancelled the order, re-ordered it, and so the unit may or may not have been sent backOf course, no one knew what I was talking about and I had to go through this same situation with the other shift manager
All in all, we had to spend more money that we did not budget and more time that my contractor did not have to tile the bathroom instead of doing the kit installationMy grandmother was without a shower for weeks
And where they apologetic about making an elderly lady spend a ton of money and taking their sweet time refunding it? Did they care that my family had to shower at friends houses and gyms while the contractor tiled the shower? Did they give a rats behind about the extra money and headache and time this whole transaction cost? No
Mark my word, I will never ever shop at The Home Depot- here or anywhere else for that matterLowe's, you just earned yourself a lifetime customer

Be prepared for your nightmare
I am having the worst experience with home depot appliancesTheir service sucks, every one is unprofessional, and don't know how to do their jobs
I first placed an appliances order HXXXX-XXXXX for a washer, dryer, and refrigeratorThe first time the delivery people arrived on December 23rd and refused to deliverThey said that I should reschedule as it might rain, and they will destroy my carpetsI had to travel from next day, and I told them that they should install appliances today but they didn'tI went to homedepot to complain but nobody was there to listen to meI then talked with online customer support, well they suck as well with an additional hour hold to totally waste your day
I then tried to reschedule delivery to Jan 10th, nobody called me and I called them to ask for itI was told that delivery missed me and left a tag but there was no tagThen I was scheduled for Jan for refrigeratorThe freezer wasn't working which I came to know after couple of days and I complained but its still in my home and I haven't received any serviceNow the fridge is not working either
Now about washer, and dryer; delivery company told me that they don't have dryer for meDo I only want washer or both washer and dryerI told that I want bothSo, they said that they will call me back with more informationNext day I called home depot and they said that my dryer is canceledI should come to homedepot and re-order itI went there to re-order dryerI was told that for now, I should receive only washer, otherwise it will be canceled as wellI received the washer and now waited for dryer
On 1st Feb (now over months since my order and about days after my original delivery date) the delivery people came with the dryer but said that I need longer pipe, though my order has 8' pipeThey said they don't have them, and took the dryer back to cancel it
Homedepot is a messPlease stay awayThey owe my money for orders of washer, haven't refunded me yetGave me a faulty refrigerator, and there is no service to fix it or take it backThe washer is un-installed and I still haven't got as dryer even after ordering it for times

Made a special order through Home Depot and paid for shipping to my residenceThe item showed up at the shipping company in Tucson (*** Trucking) which contacted me on Wednesday the 14th of December to let me know to be home between 1000-the next day
The next day, the trucking company contacted me times asking if I owned a fork lift and the location of my house When ordering the item from Home Depot, it stated the item would be in a crate and would be hand unloaded at curbside, which I reminded them ofThey never showed or contacted me back about my shipment
I went into the Home Depot Store in Sierra Vista to explain the situation, who attempted to get the item from the shipping company they utilizeThe item finally showed at that store on Wednesday the 21st, which I asked for delivery right away since I've been waiting a week and I had previously had to take time off work forI was told that they would deliver it to my house Friday the 23rd at 1130, again sat and waited
Finally I called the store to find out the status of my order, they notified me they were waiting for a truck to come from Tucson and it would be several more hours......went into the Store, got my refund and a bad experience out of it all
Drove around back of their Store, clearly marked on the case my order was in, was a sign that stated it would be hand unloaded at the delivery location, then I noticed some considerable damage on the right side where someone tore it up with a fork lift Glad I cancelled the item

As an unusually frequent customer of Home Depot, I must tell you....there are no employees better qualified, hands on, and all with an attitude most forthcoming, than the people who work for your CompanyToday, I still needed help with a project The gentleman in the Paint Department, Joe, remembered exactly what I was trying to accomplish I am referring to your store on Branch Avenue, Providence, Rhode IslandWhen he saw my difficulties, not only did he recommend a different approach, but went outside his department (he could see my frustration) to another gentleman as to is recommendations also I must tell you, Joe is a wonderful, patient, most knowledgeable man who your Company should be most proud People such as he is the reason I probably spend more time than I should at Home Depot So, Thank You for selecting men and women who make the Home Depot experience such fun and rewarding

I shopped at your store in Kennewick WASt, Highway and 27AveThe date was 03/07/However, this shopping experience did not start off very well, beginning in the parking lotI exited my car and locked myself outI walked into the store with my son and called AAA for a car lock-outThey told me there was a high volume of car lock-outs in our area and it would be an hour and a half waitWe couldn't go anywhere so my son and I proceeded to walk through the store looking for the item I had intended to purchaseMy son then informed me, if we cannot get into the car in an hour and a half, he would be late for a Doctor's appointment at the V.AHe is a disabled USMC VeteranHome Depot did not have the item I needed so we decided to sit on the riding lawn mowers and wait for the Lock-SmithAfter sitting there for a few minutes a very nice H.DAssociate approached me and asked if we needed any helpWith a rather sarcastic tone in my voice I said, " yes, can you get me into my car, I locked myself out? She asked me to follow her and she introduced me to a male associate, who goes by the name of John Tbecause there are so many men named John in the H.D John said he could get me into my carI was very desperate because my son could not miss an appointment with the V.ADoctor, or he would be weeks from seeing her if he cancelledJohn T, was a very quiet but nice manHe walked out with me to our car and his first words were, " I didn't think any of these Nissan Pulsar's existed anymore?" So I knew he had some education on older carsMy wife allowed me to drive her car that dayAn Nissan Pulsar she bought brand new, now over years oldAnd still running great
John Thad me in the care in less than two minutesI cannot express in words what this meant to me, that your employees would take the time to open my car door, not for me but both of these associates were concerned for my Disabled Veteran Son, making it to his appointment on time
I called the store the next morning and asked for the store managerI spoke to a very nice man by the name of Eric K***This man was so upbeat about how Home Depot was able to solve this very important domestic issueI gave him the names of the Associates who helped and now I'm following up with a letter to you folks at CorporatePlease, please, give all three of these people recognition for their kindness, concern, helpfulness, and the Manager for his upbeat mannerI sincerely thank you all

01/23/I ordered a toilet from home depot and the tank arrived on 1/26/2017, without the bowlThere were two tracking numbers on the order confirmation with the second tracking number indicating delivery on 2/1/ On this date, the tracking number indicated that the item was returned to Home Depot due to damage in transitUpon calling customer service I was informed that they could not send a new bowl separately and what I needed to do was reorder and pay for another toilet, then return the tank I had received and once the tank had been returned to inventory, they would generate a refund to my credit card I fail to see the logic behind wanting me to place a new order and repay for something I have previously paid for

I have been dealing with the Home Depot in Nashville, TN since July on an installation of counter topsI have never been so discouraged with a company in my life! They completely botched the installation of the backsplash and my husband and I were forced by home depot to choose an alternative in order to get something to fix the mistakes since they told us they could not re-produce the backsplash to match the countertops we choseThey used the wrong grout and there were large gaps in between the wall and the backsplast looked like something an average person could doWe chose an alternative which is fine and we are somewhat happy but my walls are a mess and now I am being told that it is my responsibility to get a painter in to fix my walls and to try and return my kitchen to something I can be proud ofThey damaged some molding under the counter top and are also doing nothing about thatThe main person from Home Depot stood in my home and told me he would make this right and that we would also get a refund for all the issues we were havingThat same person is now telling us that we will be receiving little if any refund and that we need to find the contractors to fix my house and send them the bill and they will reimburse usNow I am I out more money with the hope that I am not being lied to again! What business acts like thisWe could have gotten better results from a local vendorWorst experience I have ever had and now I am so glad I decided not to reface my cabinets as it would have been a huge disaster I am sure
