Hello I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot in The following year I had to have the extended warranty people come outThey came out every year about times a yearLast year it was times and I learned the problem was they never connected the washer under the bottom of the machineI had to complain complain complain until the rep in Atlanta (Ashley) offered On a machine that I paid After going to himedepot to order another machine when the delivery people came out *** *** *** one of the workers (Joel) was so rude I told him I withdraw be filing a complaint on him in which he said go ahead I don't care, I'll dial the number for youI spoke to a rep (Wilona) who was just as rude as he wasAfter that everyone I contacted gave me the I'm sorry etc bs and the knob on my machine so happen was missing off the machineJoel claimed I was sold a used machine which I watched them take it out the box and when I turned the main knob was missing which meant I had to rescheduleJoel did offer to sit the machine in my garage and leave itMy question was why would I want a machine sitting in my garage and my laundry is on the floorHe said he couldn't hook it up so that's all he cool doI told him he could take it back and get me another machine with all the knobsThat was on May My next date was scheduled for June in which I took off work againI get a call around 10:00am saying the truck broke down and they would need to rescheduleSo once again I call Ashley who place me on hold for a supervisor for to minutes come back to the phone and say to more minutes than come back to the phone and say to minutes than come back to the phone and say she can't locate a supervisorSo yes this is how hone droit POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

We ordered a stove in mount pleasant NY storeBefore we ordered or accepted the delivery, no one told us unlike other products in home depot, major appliance cannot be returned! We waited for our contractor to install the stove for one week then decided to change it to a bigger one, no way! they wouldn't accept the return because , according to them, even the appliance is damaged, you only have days to return it!!! They should have let us know before the order, not after! If I knew it, I wouldn't even place any orders with them! This is not the first time we had problems with home depotOne month ago, we placed another order and they gave us the delivery timeI took one day off from work and waited for the delivery for a whole day! No one showed up, no one called meI called the online store, they said they were not able to located the products !I asked how long should I wait, the lady simply said 'I don't know' then did not want to talk any moreI called them again to cancel the order and they told me I have to go to the store to get my refund for online ordersI wonder how such a big company has such lousy selling system and can still keep their business running for such a long time! I will never go to home depot in all my lifeLowe's has much better customer service and return policies

We are a small business in Dunwoody Georgia, and we a great deal of business with Store *** in Alpharetta, GeorgiaA couple of months ago we scheduled an carpet installation , and I noticed that the new chainsaw that I purchased to cut down trees on the property was missing from the closet
I contacted Home Depot Store *** and the told me that I needed the original receipt from ACE Hardware where I purchased the chainsaw, and then send it to ***@homedepot.com and ***@us-installations.com

Hillary then requested that the police all her, and update her on the investigationThe chainsaw was under $Did USIG provide the names and contact numbers of the crew that they sent to install the carpet?
Why are we getting the run around ?

Home Depot contractors are dishonest and unprofessionalHad a fence replaced and the contractor used defective planks that are cracked and look horribleThe overall job is terribleThe store manager was very rude and just told me that there are no guarantees for wood fencingThis company only wants your money and don't care about their customersI regret doing business with this placeVery disappointed

Isigned a contract with HomeDepot to replace my gutter on *** 28, 2016, every time I call to chech on the status no one can give me the right answeI even spoke with two managers name Max *** *** and request for a written explanation to why my work is not done yet to this day no work is done or no explanation to is given to meI request for someone from management of the company to contact meThank you *** VA

A little love letter to my friends at the Home Depot:
You do not leave a family without a dishwasher for weeks by rescheduling and messing up
When Day X finally, finally arrives, you do not send a "professional" installation team that walks out on the customer after minutes, declaring "we can't install the dishwasher", reason "we cannot disconnect the old one because we cannot turn off the waterGoodbye, gotta run, more deliveries today"And yes - I showed them the cut-off valve!
You do not act rude when an outraged customer calls minutes after the team leaves, wrench in hand, water turned off, old dishwasher disconnected by ME myself (yay!), telling you to send those ies back asap and what the heck?!
You do not tell the customer "well, my service team tells me a different version of this story"
You do not reschedule a new installation service for several days later, you send them back as soon as you can
You apologizeYou do not tell the customer pointing out that her kids are tired of doing dishes by hand for several extra days now because of this stupidity "they'll live"
Follow these simple rules and nobody will leave a negative review for you!!!!
People, don't buy appliances from the Home DepotYou have been warned!

Would like to submit a review for the lack of customer service and support provided by the Home Depot I have been a loyal customer of this business for many years About weeks ago, I replaced all kitchen appliances with *** appliances from Home Depot A week later the microwave caught on fire Luckily no one was hurt as we were near the unit and turn it off We visited the Home Depot store where we purchased all the appliances and were told they could not help us, or replace this defective/dangerous unit Very frustrating situation as this unit is now just weeks old We do not want a refund, just to have the unit replaced with a working unit since its well below the day return policy most stores (including ***) provide to its customers

I purchased a full set of kitchen appliances from a Home Depot in Nashville, TN on Jan 22, Delivery was scheduled for Feb Home Depot was supposed to call me with a delivery time between 7-pm the night before I waited up very late, and they never called Repeated calls to the automated number about deliveries said that no delivery time was set Finally, I managed to get a human in an online chat, and she said that the automated call must not have reached me Delivery was scheduled for an impossibly late time frame of 7-9:pm at night I am not at all confident that anyone every intends to deliver the appliances

I have had a Home depot credit card for a while now and when I first got the card I gave then a check(Blank) to put through my bank and the due date was on the 16th of every month, well I get ph;one calls all the time, I have a check again that they have been putting through for years, quit calling me , stick to the contract, If you need I can provide all this through my bank.I am tired of rude and sarcastic people, Please stop t;he phone calls, And I just got my bill and they just took out the last bill on Dec the ,why can they not do what is right and by contract, quit calling me, if ;you do not take it out it is not my faultPlease stop t;he Harassing phone calls, they calll at least to times a day I can show you that too

This is a review about the Home Depot in Alhambra, California I was waiting in line for the cashier, when the customer in front of me dropped her paint can on the floor, and the paint splattered all over me and my clothes Instead of trying to help, the cashier in the next lane, a male employee named Alexander M*** literally started making fun of me Seriously! Complete lack of empathy, and humanity Another female employee, Martha C*** brought wipes and water to try to help me get the paint off All this time, Alexander the male employee continued to relentlessly make fun of me in front of everyone, even after I told him I would be speaking to their manager, Eric When Eric showed up, that was when Alexander finally stopped making fun of me The complete utter callous and cruel behavior by their male employee Alexander M*** was absolutely horrifying This is not the first case of abusive behavior by their male employees Once I asked a guy in the paint department for directions to their carpets, he literally yelled at me loudly \"CAN\'T YOU SEE THIS IS THE PAINT DEPARTMENT, NOT CARPETS! GO ASK THE GUY AT THE ENTRANCE!\"The guy at the entrance had ignored me when I first walked in, and was just as rude when I when back to ask him The only helpful people I have met there were all women in the carpet and lighting departments, and again a woman in the paint department and incident I am a small petite Asian woman After repeated episodes of these type of interaction with their male employees, I think they really have a problem with their male employees being prejudiced against women customers

Say that they'll price matchBut, wouldn't price match *** on a tool shedOnly sucked because, I just cashed in my American Express points for Home Depot gift cards, with the understanding that they price matchKind of annoyingGoing to see if AMEX will take back the gift cardsOtherwise, Home Depot has always been pretty fairNo I'll will hereAnd, will still give them a chance at future business

I recently went to Home Depot to buy a couple gallons of paint as I have many timesThis time was a tad different as the vehicle I had to run this errand was my mom's brand new mustangLong story short, the paint cans fell over and a gallon of paint went directly into the carpets and panels of the car's interiorThe lid had fell offI contacted Home Depot looking for them to resolve the issue and pay for the damages(carpet was cleaned back to new)They promptly took full responsibility for the lid not being secured fully and payed the bill for cleaning the carpets and also, replaced the can of paint for meQuick, professional customer serviceI am very pleased with how the situation was handled

I called HD to install rain gutters on my one story houseThe HD rep diagrammed the gutter installation and I paid the full priceTwo weeks later, I waited until no one showed after hours, After re-scheduling.the installers followed the diagram and installed three downspoutsI soon discovered only two down spouts were workingHD confirmed the bad install (poor pitch) and sent a different installerWho lied that he had fixed it but it was still the same as before.plus he created a leak which he had to return to fixThe HD install manager was called three since then each time promising to resolve or refund me only $of $This is the second time HD installers screwed up a jobI don't plan to make that mistake againI called HD HQ and they will investigate my complaint furtherDon't trust HD

Regarding Order #s WXXXXXXXXX and W(*** ***, Tel#XXX-XXX-XXXX) I purchased a refrigerator online and purchased the optional icemaker When frig was delivered, December 19, there was no icemaker Delivery person said he found the same problem with online orders On 12/19/I spoke to Catherine who told me I had to purchase icemaker (which I had purchased on 12/19/online) I purchased the icemaker and was told to call for installation once the icemaker was delivered The installer showed up with the icemaker which could not be installed because of work being done on the condo Since they showed up without my first calling for installation, they wasted their trip They left me the icemaker On 12/26/15, I spoke to Christine and Michelle regarding this issue On 12/31/15, I spoke to Beth who scheduled installation for January 4, Installer showed up to install the icemaker, but the icemaker was broken On January 5, I spoke to Kori and Samantha for a replacement icemaker On 1/9/16, I called again (I didn't get the name of the person I spoke with) who scheduled the installation for January On January 12, the installer, Alex called me to find out if I had the icemaker, which of course, I did not have On January 12, I spoke to Annette who asked me to call the next day on January 13, I called and was told that I would get a call in a day or twoI was told that they had an icemaker in the warehouse Of course, nobody called me On January 15, I spoke to Dana who told me that the replacement icemaker was not ordered and that she will call me back in minutes I am still waiting As you can see, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! In several of these calls, I was kept being bounced around and around What is going on? I am still waiting for the icemaker and installation Can you help me resolve this issue?

We purchased quartz countertops from the Home Depot store in Waynesboro, VirginiaThey were installed the week of Thanksgiving The countertops were defective, the seam in the center of our bar was horrible and they did not matchAfter months of phone calls not being returned, missed days from work, visits from the installers and the warranty claims folks and our front door constantly revolving, they were finally replaced in March of 2016!!! And now, our countertop has a crack in it from a crockpot!!!! This occurred November 27thWe just want Home Depot to come and get them, period!!! But we are being put in the middle again, installers and warranty claimsThis is only half of what we have been through with this company over the purchase of these countertopsWhat advice can you give us? Do we need to hire an attorney?

I set up and appointment at one of your local stores to meet with a bathroom consultants I advised the employee that all I needed was a new vanity top and new faucets and that the home as in another state He advised me that was not a problem and that this appointment would be sent to the people that handle that area I drove mile to the location where this home exists The night before the scheduled appointment I received a call from customer service telling me that the appointment would be cancelled because it was not a full bathroom renovationI also received and email confirmation three days before the appointment confirming the date and time

I have no idea if the Corporate Office has any idea what is happening in Missoula MT, at their store..BUT ITS TIME THEY DID , if they don't, they will now We here south of Missoula are experiencing several wild fires, in which people are displaced, some have lost everything YOUR Missoula Store hired men , who are volunteer fire fighters and when they are called they go...WELL, How proud are you of the fact that men in this state have been fired, BECAUSE THEY HEARD the call of the wildfires miles south and came to do the RIGHT THING...YET they lose their jobs...Their security....but they sacrifice it all to save people they have never met before...because they care...APPARENTLY HOME DEPOT DOESN"T CARE ANY MORE ABOUT PEOPLE>>>JUST THE BOTTOM LINE AND HOW MUCH $$$$$$ you can generate...JUST AN FYI HOME DEPOT.....your business practices are not in line with humanity!!! I for along with at least other people, will NO LONGER be giving you our attention...there are plenty of other places to shop and get what we need....So I wonder now, how will you respond to those who need supplies to rebuild their homes....I CAN ASSURE YOU , they will NOT be shopping with your MISSOULA store! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I know it may seem funny to need a fan in October but it happens and it happened to my partner and IIt was a warm day and out AC had crapped out for the season I looked online for a simple box fan for our window and found that Home Depot still had some advertised as being available in store, in fact I did not live close to the location so before heading there I decided to be safe and give them a call to confirm that they did indeed have the fan I was looking forThe HD rep I spoke to over the phone assured me they had 30, yes fans in storeGreat! I headed that way ( this was about a min drive for me) Only to arrive and be told by SEVERAL employees you had no fansI then went to the Customer Service desk and was told the same thing and was told I could simply go to Electrical and check for myselfOuchI walked the entire store to not find a single fan but still checking online and seeing that there were in stockI then asked for a manager who told me that they had them put away and could not take them down at the time for inventoryI proceeded to explain my story to the man who seemed liked he could carelessI think he realised I was not leaving without the fan and called to have one lowered down for me to purchaseThis could have been a great save on the companies behalf IF the entire time several employees were not giving me and my partner dirty looks and getting a good laugh at usEven the manager was rude when giving me the fanI bought the fan because well, after everything they did go through and I still needed the fan BUT I will say I will never be returning to this locationI would also like to say I have Never felt the need to leave a review like this until this moment and I hope that says everything about my experience

Flooring installation confused at the git-go' by the original estimator, the lack of knowledge people at the store understaffed and unprepared installer This order was place in November delayed by us for Holidays , purchaser sickness.........now delayed due to lack of rereading order which explains in detail what needs to be Left with nothing done by overwhelmed staff Home Depot needs to hire more help or cease to offer in home installation Irreplaceable items moved to speed up work know subject to damag
