If the balance of my card went over $that was Capital One faultNot mineI used the capital one secured carded according to capital one's offer of the amount DEPOSITED on the card will be EQUAL to Amount CREDITEDAlso no where in the initial application did it say that the balance must be under the amount deposited ??? It stated after year my deposit would be fully refundedFor example if my balance was $would you have refunded $? with a $Balance ? If you would give $how would I ever get my $Deposit back ? The original offer did not state this

They have already reported that the credit limit was exceeded. Their response states they are not reporting to the credit agencies. Also as this was a scam by a company on me they should have investigated more than a couple days. They also stated I told one of their representatives that I had purchased all the materials that were charged
to my card and this is as I have never told any of the representatives that this was done by me solely.

I would like to point out that this issue began when Capitol One blatantly lied and said that I had never made payment arrangements to begin withAccording to my credit file I have been reported as being late since at least November My first payment was made on timeWhen I made this complaint I was already being reported as 90+ days late (by Capital One)That is a violation of lawAlso my complaint has absolutely nothing to do with what has been discussed here I have already stated that I am aware the late payments discussed.
What I have complained about is clearly stated in my credit file I have detailed the reasons why I am late at this pointI have also added statements to my credit file myself To explain the situation As is my right under the law I have secured a way to bring my balance current by the end of February So I will not need to make further arrangements at this timeI will however take whatever measures legally necessary going forward under the law to have my credit accurately reported by Capitol One

Unbelievably rude customer serviceI had been with Capital One for so long that I forget how many years I had always relied on email statement alert from them to remind me to pay my statementI have GREAT payment record with them There was a problem with Capital One that prevent them from sending email to me, so I missed a statementI called in on Sunday to clear it up, get the fee and interest charges dropped, tried to fix the problemThe representative said my account would be unfrozen by the next morning after I paidI paid and waitedThat was all fine with the representative that nightThe next morning, February 15, around 11:20am, I called back to make sure that my account is unfrozen in order to pay for a large orderThe representative this time was extremely rudeShe explained that the account is still frozen because they don't process statement on a Sunday and asked if this is an emergencyI stated that it's not an emergency, but just a big inconvenience and sighed in disappointmentThen she stated that I should then set a reminder so I don't forget to pay my bill I was taken back by this so I explained to her that I usually get my alert from Capital One email, but there was a problem with that so I missed itShe then replied that I should I have known that I had a statement dued because the system shown I logged in before the due date WHAT? I could have logged in for a different reason or other things could have happened She basically insinuated that I purposefully did not wanted to pay my statement while I just paid my statement (with a great record, nonetheless) I told her I called to check on my account and that I did not asked for any of such implication The final ending to the conversation goes like this:
She: I already had answered all of your questions Is there anything else?
Me: You know what? YesWhat is your name?
She hung up
How badly rude is that? It is unbelievable If Capital One looks at my phone call record, they should be able to figure out who this representative is, listen to the recorded phone call, then discipline her
