I called Capital one to assist me in resolving a dispute with *** ***I provided a lot of documentation on more than occasions and also spoke to many of their agents (who are located in the PhillipinesOn one occasion, Capital One lost my documentation and they requested my information again after months and then accused me of responding outside of the dispute period
I resolve not to do business with them again and I urge you to reconsider whether they have qualified staff who are able to assist you You would be better served to work with a more reputable credit card company

I do not think Capital One understands the damage they cause us when they lied to us about the readiness of our card to work outside the US We were hurt bad by them placing us in a real bind for the five weeks. I am asking for this person to call me Thanks again *** * ***

I do not have a CapitalOne card but supposedly, I was a victim of Identify Fraud and CapitalOne is harassing me about owing purchases I did not approve or was aware ofhistory:
on approximately June 12,2015, a CapitalOne Fraud rep left a message saying me asking if I recently applied for a credit cardwhen I went online to get their fraud department, they said I was not responsible and not to worryThen on July 8th, 2015, a CapitalOne fraud rep named Shannel W(*** *** ***) started asking me aggressively with more personal questions, which I felt awkward giving out, I told her I would call back When I called their main fraud line at ***, they said my case was closed and that Shannel Wprobably didn't have the right information and not to worry that everything was closedMsShannel Wthen called me back and said I needed to answer all these personal questions and I told her I just got off the phone with her team and was assured everything was closed so she replied , "fine, you will be responsible for all charges now" then hung upIn my mailbox, I was sent a letter from CapitalOne Fraud via MsChannel W stating that they completed their investigation and have found that I am responsible and I owe $3, I was tempted to call her back but called their *** main Fraud line and again, their rep said I am not responsible? It seems like CapitalOne has so many layers within their organization, let alone their own Fraud department, that I keep having to talk to multiple people who either (a) says I am responsible, which I am not or (b) who says to ignore their own department and that I am not responsible Now I am getting the run around and not sure what to do herePlease have someone who can tell Shannel Wto close my "made up account" - that I did not open and stop harassing me in fact, I would think CapitalOne would train their Fraud department not to harass the people that are victims You guys should have my number based on the case # I provided

As stated in your letter you said that the online application referred back to account that want supposed to be taken fromI w would suggest that to better serve your customers you fix problemI stopped payment on the but initially it was on the apps sideAlso suggestions for Capital one call center employees have more training or better communication as employee A doesn't know anything and when the information is Given to employee b employee A never put information in

There was still no willingness to offer or move to a better product that offers me more especially since I am not able to make requests or depositsThey still offer a product to clients and a statement which seems to be was made that they are reviewing the termsThat doesn't resolve what I was looking for so there was no willingness on their part to reach a mutual agreement

*I received a letter from CapitalOne this weekend in response to this however they denied any tampering with accounts and communicating information about my accounts to other partiesThis has been going on for several yearsThey also guarantee the amount in the account is accurateLast time I checked there was a significant difference, however I am going to double check the entries today and hope to find the correct balance on the account and then close out the accountI have not had much of an internet connection the past couple of weeks and will be back in touch before the 8th

[None of my complaint issues were settled-There are charges on the card that aren't mine and I previously made a payment offer for settlement of the debt of $*** which I though was accept, since Capital One accepted and cashed the check I sent but now Capital One continues to bill me and report the debt to collections.]
