Horrible customer service Repeatedly lied to by multiple people Refused to give me any identifying information such as an employee number and refused to transfer me to supervisor Closing my accounts because there's obviously nothing I can do Don't know why I'm even bothering with this, the fact that they have an A+ rating tells me how corrupt the Revdex.com is anyway They have the lowest rating on every consumer website there is

The letter I received in response does not provide an adequate reason as to why my credit limit would not be increasedThey state in one part of the letter that I've recently had a change to my credit limitIn the additional information section to explain that reason, it states that they generally do not raise the credit limit more than once in a six-month period, which means it can be and has been done before. They also state that they are glad I've been a customer for almost three yearsThis is not the case, as if it was, my credit limit would have been increased to $*** as I requestedIf I don't have the credit limit increased to my requested limit by Monday, March 12, 2018, I will terminate my account and move my auto loan to another lenderAttached are pictures of the sections of the letter in reference in this email

with this matterI have issuedetimes Capital One will place a hold on a payment to allow enough time to pass for yo a $credit to your account for the inconvenienceThis credit will appear on your August statement. I understand it can be frustrating to make a payment and then not have the funds immediately made available to youSomur bank to process your paymentYou might see that your bank authorized the payment, but since it’s electronic it will take a few days for the payment to be clearedFor this reason, when you contact Capital One we have to process a conference call to your bank to release the funds. I have reviewed your account and confirmed your account was handled correctlyWe found no errors with how the payments were applied to your account. While we cannot guarantee if holds will continue on your payments, there are a few things that you can do to reduce the likelihood of having a hold placed on your payment. ? Continue making payments on time ? Avoid having payments returned ? Avoid making payments greater than the credit limit ? Avoid over limit status on the account ? Although their response to the Revdex.com was accurate in fact, it left out much of the detail: that they had erroneously closed our account after contacting a third party who had nothing to do with the account (an individual with my same first and last name - despite having all of my correct contact info), that they had willfully and erroneously removed our online access, blocked our cards (despite a long history and perfect payment record); that they demanded that I contact them and then refused any contact via phone; that they were rude and unprofessional over the phone, treating us like criminals; that they away our accrued reward dollars, and abruptly closed our account, leaving us no options
I want to sincerely thank you for your assistance in this matterIt is a great comfort knowing the Revdex.com provides us protection from predation by large companies that possess resources orders of magnitude greater than ours

*** from the bank did not address the fact that her employee told me for certain that I would not have to worry about my check going thru. The employee whom I have referenced before, *** I believe, told me that even if the transaction did go thru, the money would be returned to me. There must be some sort of provision for me regarding the error that the bank made and broken promises. Why have they extended no customer service here? They continue to deny any responsibility or fault in the matter, and that is despicable. Furthermore, I did not ask for $back, but for $since I have already paid for the car. The bank owes me something for the lies and trouble they put me thru
