Aside from their high interest they are bad with customer serviceIn October of someone stole $using my credit infoI have never taken anything out nor ever shared my pin with anyoneThat's just stupid I called them and was told it would take months to resolveMonths passed and I decided to give them a call todayI was told that they wouldn't refund meI guess the ATM didn't have cameras which is not my fault and maybe that's why the crook chose that ATMThe customer rep even tried blaming me for "sharing" my pinI even told the rep I never didI also wonder if they ever planned on calling me of messaging me that they couldn't helpI had to call THEM! Don't waste your time with themI am cancelling my card and never getting them againShort $(I was also charged with cash advance) thanks to a jerk who is lazy getting a job and to a company with poor customer service

I in good faith contacted Capitalone in September and was advised that they will address the claims, this initial contact was within the days alloted period for action I also was not satisfy with the representative who handled this dispute, she would call at times of the night that were unreasonable and she was not pleasant, I would like to have a senior executive address the issue and make amends

I have continuously been in contact with Capital One fraud department and have spoken to over a dussin fraud specialists since I discovered the fraudulent charges on my account in May Each and every time, the fraud department managers ensured me that the matter has been resolved and that the four fraudulent charges - $each - will be credited to my account within a few daysIndeed the charges were credited, only to be charged back again by the company involved in the fraud case - ***In September 2015, a fraud department manager I spoke with, supposedly called *** while asking me to hold, and personally resolved the issue, so I was toldThe charges from *** stopped, but Capital One failed to credit the four fraudulent charges on my accountSince then the case has been transferred from the dispute department to the fraud department back and forth, and the representatives have been telling me each time I called that the matter has been resolved and I will see the four fraudulent charges credited to my account within a few days.
It is not satisfactory to me to, at this point, several months after the fraud case has been resolved, tell me that the case is still being investigatedOnly a few days after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com, Capital One credited my account with three of the four fraudulent charges. I do not understand why the remainder one charge of $was not credited at the same time, and until today I have not received any information regarding the reason for this from Capital One
As a fraud victim I find it very frustrating to have to be dealing with this issue for over months, and having to turn to the Revdex.com in order to get help with getting this issue resolved once and for allI feel as I have been misled by Capital One fraud department supervisors who have been telling me that the matter is resolved each time I called them
I will find it satisfactory once I receive the final credit for the one remainder fraudulent charge of $that is still showing on my account

I cannot reccommend this compay more! They have been amazing in helping me through the total loss of my vehicle and with the payoff after insurance coverageI am so gratefull I was able to work with them

I somehow made it onto Capital One's 'pre-approval' and 'special offer' mailing list and I receive pre-approvals and offers several times a week in both my maiden and married namesI reached out to them requesting that they take me off the listThey said it may take 2-weeks and that I would receive mailings in the interimNow it has been several months since I reached out and I am still receiving these mailings In fact, I have received mailings from Capital One and I am getting sick and tired of thisIt is a colossal waste of money to send out this many mailings to someoneThere also should be some sort of checks in place to stop mailings from going out to the sameI could understand if the names were different - but my first name is incredibly unique

I allowed Capital One to deduct us dollars from my checking account via ACH transferaccount was opened and going finethe credit line was us dollarsOne day I was declined a saleI called to find out why and was told I had suspicious activity on my account and needed to prove it was my bank account used to make the depositThe ACH transfer gives the name of the account holderWhen I get my payroll deposits by ACH it tells me who deposited the money into my accountMy personal bank will not give out information about me for security reasonsI faxed my account activity to them showing the where the money had been removed from my accountI still have been unable to get an exact reason they feel I am defrauding them considering the deposit on fileI told them to close my account and deduct the charges already on the accountI was told I would have to wait business cycles to get my remaining deposit backI have yet to receive any conformation of closing the accountI only needed this to bring my credit score upMy home and vehicle are paid in full so I really didn't need the credit card or the hassle of trying to prove my innocence

I am not accepting the reasons that were stated by Capital One because this is so not the situation hereThe accounts in questions range from well over a year such as account ending in #*** have not been raised in more than a month time frameAccount number ending in #*** has been closer to months since any type of raise was made to this accountAccount ending in #*** also has not been raised since complaint last dated in Spring of as per noted with the Revdex.comThere is no valid excuse that Capital One could use to refer to my account request of having credit limits increase as since then of accounts were paid in full with zero balances, the time frames are well past their requests for credit limit increases and my payment and usage activities have always been in outstanding reputationWhy would a customer with five accounts in such excellent status and responsibility with their accounts have to be declined for a simple and yet well deserved request?
