It MAY be reported is not an answerThis should not be reported because had I received quality customer service the first time I called on the 8thThey would of reviewed my account and offered me an extensions thenStill does not justify why I have to pay any fees for the days it took for your staff to review an account. Had they did the job correctly they would of accepted my offered to pay the day of the 8th. Instead it took them days to tell me they would accept a little under 700. That extension was not offered to me as curtsey so much as it was the only option or I choose to let to car go. Which I still have every right to do at this point if you end reporting this anywaySo again, my request was to have this not reported, Which you did not confirm at all and to have my fees paid for those days. I want the calls pulled and the multiple recorded conversations reviewed. I want copies now if I may as wellIf I have to pay a fee fine. I even had one conversation and no one wanted to tell me what I was owned if they didn't finish their script. That's how I ended up in the presidents office because I threaten legal action if no one wants to tell me how much I owe. No extension was every offered at that time on the 8th and it is absolutely unreasonable that I was forced to wait days because at the time $wasn't good enough to pay Capital one, they asked for 1600, I refused, and had to wait 4 days for you all to come back and tell me $700. Which makes no sense!!! NopeThis offer is declined

I spent several hours on this issue. They admit error, they offered $yes but not satisfactory and I stand by my claim

This isn't a final on the response and I do appreciate the help that was given so farI best felt it would be better to have this in writing vs over the phone so you can see and compare it to your own records for my accountI found the information as far as why my credit score has degraded so much and it does lead back to Capital OneProvided are the details of thisIt appears that nothing has been reported to the credit companies since Feb 25, It's just holding my last balance of which is dragging it down, despite the fact that the account is now closedThis needs to be reported as my balance is paid off and that the account is closedAfter talking with both *** and *** about this, they both agree that once it's reported, my credit will rise again, although the damage done to it is unknown until accounts are settled

I expect their offerThey say that they have followed through with my requestHowever, I have received other similar letters in June and July did not do what they said they wouldFor that reason, I will follow up to ensure my credit score has been restoredIf not I will be lodging another complaint, or perhaps seeking different ways that may help recover the monetary losses I have sustained as a result of their actions

I was told for the first time that the information I submitted was looked at and was still not good enoughif that was the case, why wasn't I asked to provide more information? Since I did not purchase the ticket, I should be given a chance to prove thatFurthermore, the airline didn't prove anythingThey did not provide my signature or anything like that.

I contacted capital one,the fraud department agreed this was a cause of fraud.like I told them I applied for a secured card on december 10th and a business card august 2014.the rest were not done by me.as for inquiries.thats per credit agency total of 18.why did the capital one fraud department agree to send letters to credit bureaus.now you have a different answer.this is very damaging to my credit report im trying to fix.I want removed from my credit reports and stop accepting applications in my name.as for the letters you sent.I have never seen any letters sent to this address.so now where are they getting sent to?all I want is inquiries I didnt not apply for or give anyone permission to apply for.also for you to stop any applications sent in with my name on them
