I do not accept this offer the the company suggestedWhen communicating with the company, the representative stated the account would be deleted from my credit reports upon paymentThis conversation happened via telephone, therefore, I feel the company should investigate the voice recording further to substantiate my claimIf I had any doubt the the Capital One representative would give me information I would have recorded the conversation myselfI believe capital one should make good in their promise to delete the account from my credit reportI have paid this account in full with no problem yet the company chooses to ignore statements/promises that they made to me as a customerI will be sure to take my business elsewhere to a company that chooses to practice ethical standards.

In April I had a bad car accident in which my car was totaledI had car and GAP insuranceI went through all the proper channels, responded to all correspondence and kept Capital One informed I never missed or was late with a paymentIn fact, I continued to pay for this car until THEY cut me offI checked in with them and did all the foot work to get them paid by both insurances so that it would not be on my credit report which reflected a A+ payment historyI have a credit card with them also which reflects the same A+ historyThey even approved me for another car loanIt was such a long processMy car Insurance paid, however Gap Insurance will not deal with the car owner because the policy is bought through THE DEALERSHIP making THE DEALERSHIP the only one who can get any info/paperwork from them which is what made this such a processWell unbeknownst to me, because I was never informed after working with several CO reps and distinctively asking for help and direction on what to do to avoid it going on my CR (yes the calls were recorded AND reviewed), according to Capital One (conveniently now) they only allot days for the vehicle to be paid offThey were aware that I had the insurances and made me think that this process worked along WITH the insurance companies and NEVER informed me that this was a TIME SENSITIVE MATTERI was continuing to pay them THEY CUT ME OF! I don't deserve derogatory marks on my CR because I was not irresponsible and negligent with this accountThere are many people who don't pay or get repo'd for whatever reason and for those of us who do payMy whole A+ history is ERASED and replaced with a derogatory markThey really don't care about ruining peoples lives

The party who represented Capital One insisted to call and discus the matter over the phone but I refused to communicate over the phone rather I wrote letter that I would like to see all the evidences in papers and correspondences on a written letters onlyI also provided the requested information to the party to help him investigate this matter further

According to *** website, the company has days (not business days) to respond before being turned over to the *** *** for further assistance or being found that the company is liable for wrongdoing The company has not filed a response with them to date since the complaint was filed on December 18, On the *** *** *** *** website, it clearly states that companies have days (not business days) to submit a response to *** and person who filed the initial claim In the same manner, the *** also say that the consumer has days to provide feedback to the to *** not the company has days to respond See attached screenshot from *** website After several attempts to resolve this directly with Capital One, I have gained no resolution but rude and unwillingness to provide adequate customer service This issue is been almost a whole year being disputed and nothing has been done on this situation to resolve it Capital One also listed the account on my credit reports as "Account closed by consumer," which I never requested to have the account closed Capital One also locked me out of my credit card account as to not let access pertinent information that is relevant to this case Capital One has refused on multiple occasions to resolve this issue and has caused unnecessary harm and damage Whether this is a duplicate complaint with two separate agencies should not matter A response is demanded immediately cause it is clear that they are not willing to respond to the *** but took the time to respond to the Revdex.comI am wanting this issue resolve before going into with satisfactory resolution

Capital One violated my consumer rights by not obtaining my permission before attempting to pigeon hole my credit ratiosI am aware of this tactic to increase profits by suttle cohersion to steer persons an unwanted nor solicitated tactic attempted by them, which is no more than an attempt to control my credit standing and it's an attempt to steer me and hold hostage my ability to direct and maximize my credit futureI am appalled and the entire uninformed public should be aware of this underhanded and underminded intentional practiceNo Capital One, you are predictors on the disadvantaged and how dare you attempt to portray yourself otherwiseI appreciate the fact that credit was extended initally of which I have no intention of abusingI will not ideally stand by and not go forward in addressing this practiceI know they can not legally cancel my card due to consumer protection laws unless I violate can the terms of agreementSince I have not violated these terms and paid off my balances in an expedite mannerCapital One should rethink this response and follow back up with as promused for I am still awaiting the return telephone call from the representative whom promised to call me back within hours if memory serves me correctlyThis matter us far from being over at this pointThe fact that I have been not only disrespect by the actions the fact that they didn't keep their word justifies the initial purpose of my complaint, it has only compiled the issues..Regards,*** ***

She insured all my concerns were addressed. She also made a resolution to this dispute in which both parties were satisfied

If the phone company knows your numbers then you can surely publish that number to help people in need traveling internationallyAs it stands now I received more assistance from my phone company than from you my credit card company!! If I call your customer service lines Capitol One has trained them to not forward calls to your department as I tired daily to reach you daily and get this escalatedI was forced to go to the Revdex.com for help as you, my credit card company, make it impossible when there is an emergencey to get the required assistance. What would have been a professional response is for someone in an emergency situation is to provide assistance immediately which you as a company failed to doI guess that is because I pay my bills on time every monthNow you in addition refuse to take responsibility for the issued try to pretend it didn't happen! I am again requesting contact information that I can use and is valid from ***, that requires things

I called everyday, several times a day because your agents refused to helpI called from every store I was denied a credit card transaction.The worst day was Christmas Eve, where I was left to sleep in my car with my dog because the credit card didnt workThe woman in fraud promised me the card would arrive in days, a supervisor who also said she call to check in daysDidn't happenyou would have known this if you took the time to contact me and we could speak to each otherThere is internal messaging through my online account, you have no reason to claim you didn't get thrucredit cards w/ a damaged chip dont work outside the country to spite what you delusional belief you have in your own mindI called in dailyIn addition I tweeted several times a day in a desperate effort not to be abandoned especially on a holidayYou Capitol One did not care! I called for hours on end some days! I blew through the battery on my phone calling youStop this unproductive nonsense and do something to correct your pathetic mismanagement processes and responses.You need help as a company. you refuse to deal with the problem and take a look at what problems you create and how to RESOLVE them. If you had done your research properly you would have found, that I called in to verify I had the received the card & inquire where you sent the second cardYou stated the second card was set to my home address, Why ? I am not in the country how is that going to help?
