Even though some of their inquiries are legit regarding past 2013 transactions, I still have some doubts about 2014 charges. Because I have heard countless times that several credit companies have overcharged their clients, that is why I am asking you to verify their charge/hidden fees mentioned/not mentioned in my account. Finally, you have to remember that Capital One has not sent me any refunds as far as I can remember within the last 7 years. Customer service has always been excellent and their fraud protection services are spot on They immediately contact about any unusual purchased and have saved me from a lot of headaches through their screening process

I have had more problems with capital one than with any other credit card companyNow many of their practices are greatHowever many are notMy husband and I try to pay our credit cards a couple times per monthCapital one tries to negate the practice of paying down credit cardsThey put unnecessary holds on available credit if you make multiple payments per month or if you are late (about a week) Then they make you call to have the funds made available and will talk to an authorized user about everything but then will make the primary call to make it more difficult saying that their practices forbid talking to an authorized user(WHAT) What a waste of time and completely untrueCustomer service also each share different informationThey are inconsistent and it is clear that the customer service agents are from out of country making it harder to communicateWhen you ask them about their practices they just say " its policy" but when you ask why they say "because its policy"There are no reasons for doing what they do, they say that it is to give time for the funds to clear the bank but it is clear that the funds have transferred because transfers only take a day at each bankThere would also be no reason to have to waitMost credit cards give you the money right away and do not make you wait a week

Change your name to CRAPital One, abusive, rude, unreasonable, collusive, bullying Crapital One stands up for their corporate buddies and craps on their customers Thanks for nothing, keep up the good work of crapping on the little man to support corporate greed and oppression After several notifications that a vendor was inappropriately charging my card and several card cancellations (by me) to try and prevent the charges Crapital One demanded payment on the third card they issued that I had not even activated (they activated and allowed the charges) I paid the first two extra charges, but once I refused to pay the third charge Crapital One finally closed the account and wants to collect from me I refused and reminded them that I notified them several times and that several cards had been issued to try and prevent the charges however the left hand didnt talk to the right one in their organization so I did not believe that a form letter notification from the vendor saying the charges were authorized was sufficient to support me paying the fraud a third time Crapital One stood behind their corporate buddy and demanded payment or they would report to the credit agencies I refused to be blackmailed by Crapital One so they have reported non-payment Several collection agencies and attornys have contacted me on behalf of Crapital One to try and collect the $400; however each time I explain the facts they return the account to Crapital One, everyone that touches this account knows what they did was wrong except the croonies at Crapital One, they are using their size to hide behind their corruption If anyone with common sense actually took the time to research my situation I doubt they would continue to try and extort payment from me [redacted]
