I am receiving treatment at Houston's VA Medical Center, and that was the reason for the moveThe cost of living here is at least 20% higher than where I livedThere is no way to catch up on the payments that were REFUSEDI again request that the payments Missed be placed at the end of the loan and to stop pinging my credit reportI have tried to sell the Vehicle to a dealership but they won't touch it because of the late payment, being the value is exactly what's owed on itI tried to move into a single home but the same thing appliesI wish I didn't have these problems but I'm working on themI do my best with what I have but some hurdles take time to resolve Thank you

I recently applied for a Capital One secured credit card and was approved on 8/requiring a deposit The deposit was made the same day and I was informed it would take 2-weeks to receive the cardMy account was opened on 8/ Based on standard banking practices the card would have been ordered shortly after opening accountI called on 8/and I was informed to allow days from date of opening to received card What I don't understand is why it would take days to received the card (excluding any mail delays) The card had been ordered on 8/however had not been shipped This either represent the need to streamlined the process and/or serious inefficiency with the processWhat makes it worst is the Customer service specialist don't seem to be adequately trained to explain the delays/processing times

I paid for the payment protection plan on my account ever since I got the capital one credit card I filed an unemployment benefit in the midst of them dropping the payment protectionThey failed to honor the terms of the agreement and never processed the payments on my accountThis is fraud if you say although you all no longer offer the payment protection anyone that was enrolled still entitled to those benefits as long as you all are notified within yearMy account should be paid in full for the misleading and lack of communication with the customerNo one ever followed up with me and I have called numerous times to get this resolvedYou all supposedly dropped the payment protection in well you were notified of my unemployment claim but never followed thru with it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have continuously been in contact with Capital One fraud department and have spoken to over a dussin fraud specialists since I discovered the fraudulent charges on my account in May Each and every time, the fraud department managers ensured me that the matter has been resolved and that the four fraudulent charges - $each - will be credited to my account within a few daysIndeed the charges were credited, only to be charged back again by the company involved in the fraud case - ***In September 2015, a fraud department manager I spoke with, supposedly called [redacted] while asking me to hold, and personally resolved the issue, so I was toldThe charges from [redacted] stopped, but Capital One failed to credit the four fraudulent charges on my accountSince then the case has been transferred from the dispute department to the fraud department back and forth, and the representatives have been telling me each time I called that the matter has been resolved and I will see the four fraudulent charges credited to my account within a few days It is not satisfactory to me to, at this point, several months after the fraud case has been resolved, tell me that the case is still being investigatedOnly a few days after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com, Capital One credited my account with three of the four fraudulent chargesI do not understand why the remainder one charge of $was not credited at the same time, and until today I have not received any information regarding the reason for this from Capital One As a fraud victim I find it very frustrating to have to be dealing with this issue for over months, and having to turn to the Revdex.com in order to get help with getting this issue resolved once and for allI feel as I have been misled by Capital One fraud department supervisors who have been telling me that the matter is resolved each time I called them I will find it satisfactory once I receive the final credit for the one remainder fraudulent charge of $that is still showing on my account Regards, [redacted]

I sent a payoff on my way overpriced car loan to Capital One Auto finance, did EVERYTHING the letter indicated, and the first customer service person told me that they didn't have the second cashier check (um, pause for a moment of freaking out)I couldn't understand her (phone line was TERRIBLE) so I had her transfer meThe second person was very nice and said that the payment was processing and I was all setThis company needs to reevaluate its customer service training program

I can barely make ends meet as it is I am going to enclose what they offered me, which really was nothing at all As I said, I have been dealing with this company since last year and I am still to this day getting unwanted offers from them even after filing this complaint How hard can it possibly be to stop sending someone unwanted offers? Why, after fighting with them for months now, are they continuing to send me unwanted offers and claiming they cannot expedite the process when the agent that I last spoke with assured me it would be expedited and stopped? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI received your email with the results showing from Capital OneI am disputing the fact in their rejection letter stated that [redacted] doe not accept these "easy access" checksOn the contrary, they do according to the clerk that was on duty that nightAs I said before she tried many ways/times to get the check to load in their systemShe even called her supervisor who could not come up with a way either BUT the supervisor never said they do not accept access checks eitherCapital One quoted also the access check is connected to a credit card not an actual bank account (which is true) BUT the clerk and supervisor knew this as well but still tried to process the checkSo if what Capital One is saying about [redacted] not accepting these checks then someone misled me that twice (that night at [redacted] & by Capital One's brochure disclosure)In this case I believe [redacted] since they tried their best to make it work Also, their letter states they listened to the calls made between us and still came up with their rejection responseI feel someone didn't pay close enough attention to the conversations that took place on WHY I had to use the actual credit card "on the spot"They certainly couldn't take my new tires off because it was after closing that dayAlso, I feel their disclosure is "mis-leading" as I have provided proof to Revdex.comIt says nothing concerning the "retail merchant's" discretion on accepting these checksIt gives the idea of these checks can be used for "purchases" anytime, anywherePlus, their access checks disclosure states these checks are not to be sent to any bankrupt customers but in reality as I stated in my complaint, I am a former bankrupt [redacted] years ago and still received themThat's in violation of their own policyTherefore, I am asking Revdex.com to re-instate my complaint/request once againI truly feel they can adjust the interest rate on a SMALL purchase balance of $*** based on everything said and done.Please let me know of the decision.Thank you[redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***
