As a customer of years, I am no longer going to be using my Capital One Venture cardThis is frustrating because I have perfect payment history and good creditHere is why I have deactivated my accountI requested a credit limit increase so that I can move all of my monthly auto-pay accounts over to Capital One and utilize the rewards points, and the response came back "Declined due to low average monthly payment" This made no sense to me since I have had a zero balance for a majority of the time the account has been open, and now that I actually want to use the account and utilize the rewards points, why am I turned away? I spoke with a customer support supervisor and she says all the decisions are made by a computer system which needs some more time to calculate the numbersYou can't have a human being take a better look at consumer accounts to evaluate the situation? I'm sorry, that is ridiculous, and as a result, I will take my business elsewhere

Capital One is a joke and even after they sell your car you are still expected to pay them the original amount so they profit 100%

Customer service is very poor and appears to not be US basedAgents do not speak fluent English and do not appear to understandThe standard appears to be place caller on hold, transfer call, wait for caller to hang up, and/or disconnect callIf the US Mail correspondence I received from Capital One is legitimate, it certainly has a questionable appearance Letter states I may be a victim of identity theft, so one would think Capital One could have a more reassuring process for consumers
