Sure wish I had checked reviews and Revdex.com complaints on this company before purchasing anythingSo disgusted with this location and company from the store level all the way up to corporate I purchased a remote start system for my vehicle and when I picked it up, my key remotes were destroyed The top part of my keys fall off, the key remotes no longer lock or unlock my vehicle, they do not arm the alarm, the trunk button will not pop my trunk....they are useless I went and discussed the issue with "*** " the installation manager, who was rude from the beginningHe rudely asked me "well what do you want me to do???" after I refused to let him just glue the top of the key back on He stated he would get a hold of his district manager to replace the keys A week goes by, I hear nothing, so I decide to call for an update "*** " rudely tells me that "I told you I would contact you when I heard back from the district manager, which I have not" Ok then.......I thanked him and hung upA week later he calls me and tells me that he has been unable to reach the district manager so he would be contacting corporate He calls me two days later and states that corporate has denied my request to replace the keys because "this kind of thing happens to keys." Obviously annoyed, I requested contact information for corporate"*** " refuses to give me the info to contact corporate (as if I don't know how to use Google) and tells me he is refusing because "this is where this ends." I don't remember ever being treated so poorly by a business I contact corporate and leave a message, and receive a phone call the next day apologizing for ***' rude behavior but still refusing to replace they keys, now stating that the keys were never dismantled in the installation process Now I am confused, one person is telling me that this type of thing happens.....and the other is telling me that even though I brought in perfectly functioning keys that are now basically useless after a few hours in their possession, they could not have possibly caused the damage Someone or all of them are completely dishonest and clearly have no integritySo after paying over $for a remote start system, I am supposed to spend another $to replace keys that this company clearly destroyed I will never step foot in this store or any Car Toys location ever again!!!!

Car Toys installed a new radio into my work van and cracked my dash on March 30, I informed the technician on March 30, in the parking lot when picking up my van that he or someone at Cartoys cracked my dash at the topI was told by the technician that he would replace the dash, and he would contact me about getting another one to replace itThe technician did contact me by cellphone a few days later, and about days following to tell me that he did not find a replacement dash, and he would keep lookingHowever almost months later I have heard nothingSo I called weeks ago, came into the location and gave the desk manager at the time (younger Hispanic male) the replacement dash quote from Al S*** and was told I would be contacted, and again nothingProduct_Or_Service: Aftermarket Radio Account_Number: ***

I needed to bring the poor service and deliberate misconduct of Car Toys Southcenter to your attentionI had a previous case opened with you a couple years ago which ultimately ended up being resolved through Car ToysAfter wasting hours of my time and selling parts that I prepaid for, members of the Southcenter decided that they would sabotage my vehicle by loosening parts on my car and cutting wires behind the dashAfter a host of visits to fix questionable installsI found myself in a situationCar Toys had not returned accessories and parts to me and in addition my car had been sabotaged for a second time while in their controlI spoke in detail with Store Manager Will, and despite his claim to review video and tie in with corporate, I never heard back from him even though he vowed to call me backI was sold incomplete and defective parts and parts and accessories that were mine were not returned to me after installationAnd like my initial experience with this location, my

I have spoken to *** *** and let her know that we will indeed change out her blown subwoofers. We are also going to diagnose her vehicle’s system and ensure we find the cause of the issue. If Ms*** would like to purchase an
extended warranty, we have agreed to also allow her to do so going forward. Ms*** will review with store management when she goes in to get the subwoofers changed out.

To Whom it concerns, We are going to stand by our initial offerWe looked into the matter, interviewed multiple store employees that were involved or witnessed interactions and at no point did Car Toys admit to damaging the car and offering a full refundWe did offer to get parts that were specifically designed for the vehicle in question to make them work to the customer’s expectationsOur offer is more than reasonable and fulfills the needs of door locksIf *** has an official statement from an ASE certified mechanic stating our install directly caused damage to her alternator we will pay for the damage to be fixedIf *** does not want Car Toys to replace the OEM parts she agreed originally to being put in, we will pay to have a Mazda dealership in the area do the install

Paid for install of amp, head unit and satellite receiverAmp was installed into trunk when they were told up front that it cannot be placed in the trunkWhen picking up the car they mounted the amp in the trunk, broke the interior A piller cover, ripped the microphone cord in half, ripped a hole in the shift boot cover and refused to refund it when I told them they had to remove that amp from my trunkThey removed the amplifier from the trunk and cut the wiring and just pulled other wires loose making the $install kit I provided them uselessThe radio was completely disconnected and satellite tuner removed when they pulled out the amp making the entire system useless and refusing to provide a full refund of what they charged me to do then ruin when undoing

Car toys is a joke Jessie and Patrick are rip offs! Smile in your face then tell you to f off! Installed a radio since day one 1/12/ been giving me the run around to get it fixed or replaced! Finally said the warranty would replace it then gave me a hard time ! Took everything in my power not to hit Patrick! On january 15th,I bought an automatic starter and door automtic locks and lock installmentThe salsmen joey told me it would be done by 7pmAt 4pm I recived a call from joseph b*** the mechanic working on my car said that my mazda needed to have the locks replaced and I would have to pay dollars a door for the installmentJoey recomended progressive leasing, and that thos would help my credit and I only would be paying dollarsHe didn give me the reciet or tell me that ot dose not help your creidet and there are dollars in extra fees! I got the bill and it was a toal of dollars! Car Toys caused very significant damage to my carI brought my car in to Car toys in Jan to install an ignition deviceEver since then I have been arguing with the Car Toys managment to repair the defects they created during installationNow after almost a year, I had them remove the device and was told that my car should be free of these ongoing defectsInstead, when I picked my car up, not only did it have the climate control defect, but it also had numerous other defects including car doors that wont lock and ignition issuesI believe that the Car toys manager had his worker intentionally damage my car as I was rude to him when I brought the car in insisting that I was going to file a lawsuit if his incompetent workers cannot remedy the damage they caused

Purchased a Keyless Entry System that was advertised as $with Standard Installation, at the store I upgraded to Premium Installation at the Salesperson's recommendationThis was to include Remote Starter Disable, Flashing Parking Lights and Dome Light Supervision for an additional $I was then told my car had complicated wiring that was not covered under the installation charge and was charged an additional $for installing a diodeWhen I received the car back it had no Dome Light Supervision or Flashing Parking Lights and I was advised that if I wanted to add these I would need an additional relay and additional labor above what I had already purchasedThe advertising both online and in store stated nothing about complicated wiring charges and the Premium Installation advertising states that it includes the flashing parking lights and Dome light supervision that was not done

I have extended warranty on my Kenwood navigationWe went in because it is having issuesThe manager said those were known to have problemsWe can get you a new oneThen my wife calls and they tell her we didn't have warranty and he was talking about another Tammi, we had a three year warranty, then you know if we replace it the new one is really expensive comparedI went down and sure enough I have a four year warrantyThen he said corporate wants me to send it in for repairs and it will be two or three months without a radioHe said we can give you a loanerTonight he calls and says I will have to purchase a radio to put in my vehicle while mine is getting repairedI said I have to buy a radio and you will refund us when mine returnsThey have some piece of junk radio they can put in so it doesn't cost you a lot of money for three months
