A second response was sent to M[redacted] Travelers position remain unchanged....
I" understand that you are dissatisfied with the situation; however, our position remains unchanged. We are unable to comply with your request to adjust your collision coverage, or issue payment in the amount of $150. As reflected in our June 7, 2016 response, we have revised your collision deductible to $250."

A response was sent to [redacted] on 6/7/2016 detailing the results of another engineering inspection for the roof shingles......report noted the roof shingles were cracked, but were neither blistered, cupped, curled nor delaminated - all signs of heat damage from fire.  The shingles were...

cracked due to weather-related temperature changes and normal thermal contraction and expansion.  The report further noted that this conclusion is bolstered by lack of damage to the ceiling sheetrock in the main level below the attic.  Other sources that Travelers conferred with, confirmed that [redacted]s roof shingles were not damaged by fire.

A response has been sent 10/19/2016...."I am responding on behalf of Travelers Property Casualty Company of America (herein referred to as Travelers). As we discussed during our in-person meeting on October 7 th , I will await additional correspondence from you to confirm all claim related repairs have been addressed. Once you are comfortable all has been addressed, please contact me directly to finalize resolution as we discussed."  Contact information was provided in the response letter.

Responses to both Connecticut DOI complaints, underwriting and claim were responded to on 2/18/2016 and 2/8/2016 respectively.  Please refer [redacted]o the Connecticut Department of Insurance.  Thank you.

A response was sent to M[redacted] on 11/12/2016 and posted to Revdex.com website on 11/18/2016.  The response to her of 11/12/2016 detailed....addressing all concerns related to the Auto and Tenants Policies.

I got a call from the adjuster from Travelers on 11/08/15. I was told that they will make some adjustment of the labor rate and mail me the new estimate and extra payment.I received the new estimate and extra payment about week later. I have to reject the the new adjustment, because it is still short of $334.43. ( see my last response on 11/18/15 ) I rejected on 11/18/15 with Revdex.com. I also send the Manager of Travelers a letter of my objection. I requested the extra payment of $334.43 to settle the claim.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I just want my house to be completed.  The responses for the adjusters actions are false and inaccurate but again as long as my home gets taken care of, that's all that matters.  This complaint seemed to have lit a fire underneath Travelers to move more swiftly in completing this claim.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

A response was sent 8/31/2016....
"We completed an investigation of this claim, which included review of the police report as well as statements from both drivers involved.  Unfortunately the statements conflicted, giving separate accounts of the facts of the accident.  Based on our...

investigation, we did not accept liability on behalf of our insured.

I recommend that you pursue this matter with your insurance carrier so that they may investigate on your behalf.  There is a binding arbitration process that insurance companies follow when there is a dispute on liability, and we would adhere to this process."

I am rejecting this response because:
In their response to [redacted] insurance dept, they stated I requested refund of payment, which is not correct. Their rep chose to issue refund before payment even cleared, a previous rep said to place a stop payment which was done. It appears their rep(s) made an error in refunding before they even received cleared payment. This is not my fault and this  information has been provided to my attorney in the event legal action is taken by Travelers in regard to this matter, a counter suit may be filed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

A response of 11/10/2015 was sent, to Revdex.com, however, has been corrected and has been sent to [redacted], which explained the claim was settled, with an additional claim payment made, so the response rejection of 11/18/2015 from [redacted] may have been from conversations with Travelers claim unit, prior to his receipt of this response.

A response was sent 12/8/2015:
Contactor provided an estimate that did not match Travelers,  Mr. [redacted] discussed with the contractor his estimate and they agreed to charge $1500 versus their original estimate of $4400.  Mr. [redacted] is awaiting a revised estimate from his contractor. ...

Once that occurs Travelers claim can confirm the amounts and negotiate any differences.  Although the process has not gone as smoothly as we all have wished, the claim representatives are sensitive to Mr. [redacted]'s situation and apologize if their actions were not consistent with his expectation.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This still does not resolve the actual valuation issue. I have requested the cars used in the valuation to be sent to me and have been refused. I can not accept a claim amount if I do not know where they are getting figures from. I did my own research and came up with a $2,000 difference which has not been discussed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

From: [redacted]] Sent: Tuesday, August 02, 2016 2:26 PM To: Revdex.com [redacted] Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Serving Connecticut Regarding Complaint [redacted]   Hello   This is the first email I received from the Revdex.com - yes I got a response from Travelers, although it did not contain copies as claimed.  I also feel it should have travelers responsibility to run my husbands information before adding him to the insurance if they have certain violations that result in not insuring people.   It sounds like they are not giving me all of the information, and now we have to pay for their mistake.    -Tara Abbey

A response was sent 4/19/2018.  Coverage was verified correctly with ** DMV.

I am rejecting this response because: it is not a reputable way to treat the client.

A response was sent 1/19/2017...delay in appraisal process, due to significant weather conditions and the holidays, that caused an increase in the length of time to complete the appraisal.   Your claim has been settled and a payment was issued to your lienholder on January 16,2017, as...

the vehicle was deemed a total loss.

A response was sent 10/7/2016 to [redacted] explaining why Travelers is upholding the cancellation of her auto policy.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They will not reply as they will not admit to any error on their end. If they do so, that will hurt their  supposed claim.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: this is all lies - they sent me a different letter - I have attached.  My message to them is below - they are liars and I have the proof in my emails from them and the recorded conversations I have had with them.  They have never tried to settle with me - they have been trying to bullying me into taking the least amount of money as possible.sent today:[redacted] To [redacted] Today at 8:11 AM Received your letter of lies.1- Dr. [redacted] never released me from his care that I was informed of.2-
Dr. [redacted] never gave me any test of my knee or informed me of any
test.  I was never able to move my knee 100% or 98% percent without him
forcing the knee causing me great pain.  3- You have never tried to negotiate a fair resolution to this matter.4-
I have never been informed of the statue of limitations on this matter -
look closely at the email chain and you will discover your stupidity.5- I will settle for $10,000.00 and that is final since you have not taken care of the my knee and all of the issues around it.6-
I will forward your letter to the Revdex.com, and the [redacted] of all 3
states with my comments and emails from you that show you are lying.7- I will continue to post and blog about your worthless company and crappy service till the day I die.Regards,[redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
