CareWest Citrus Care Reviews (226)

Travelers Casualty Insurance Company of America (i.eTravelers) forwarded a response directly to *** ***. Via this response, an explanation of the premium amount owed and the date for which it applied was included

A response was sent 9/8/2016, attempts have been made to contact and discuss the diminished value concerns. Claim contact information was provided for her to call Travelers

A response was sent to ** *** 5/23/- outlining the timeline and valuation offers made for her vehicle. Each time valuation offers were made she has rejected them
Pertaining to the two days that she alleges she was unable to get to work due to no transportation the claim
representative made contact with her on Monday April 25th and accepted liability the next day. The liability decision was made within two business days which demonstrates no delay in handling. Additionally, the law requires a person who has sustained damages due to the negligence of another to take all reasonable steps to minimize [his] [her] damages. In this case it would have been appropriate for her to obtain alternative transportation to and from work on Monday and Tuesday. Considering the liability decision was made Tuesday afternoon we would be willing to allow the cost of two more days of rental which was $per day or $59.94, which is based on the cost of a rental plus applicable taxes

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

A response was sent 8/18/
"While you are correct that this loss does not provide coverage because the condensation and moisture were present for more than days, other reasons were also given for the claim denialAll of those reasons are listed in the coverage letter dated August 4, 2016,
so I will not relist themYou mentioned in your letter you spoke to the *** Insurance Agency that acknowledged the coverage denial
I understand your opinion that the policy stipulations are too stringent and that they should be unlawfulSince coverage for your claim was denied I do understand your frustrationHowever, homeowners policies do not cover all of the conditions that can possibly occur in a homeCoverage grants and limitations are a function of underwriting and rating concerns that balance the benefits and cost of insuranceI’m sorry that in this instance, the moisture conditions in your home and the resulting damage do not come within the policy’s coverage terms."

A response has been sent to Mr Taylor 5/29/2015:
"Please note that we also received an inquiry
from the *** *** ** *** on your behalf, related to this
same matter. A similar report of our
findings was provided to them on
May 18, 2015."

A response was sent 11/8/2016...Our research found that, you, do not live at the "residence premises" and that the items stolen belonged to *** G*** G does not meet the definition of “you‘’ or any ‘’insured"Unfortunately, your policy does not extend to provide coverage for ***’s personal
property

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
As stated before and again here, the refund issued by Travelers rep was in error on their end, the funds had not cleared A previous rep advised to place a stop payment, a payment plan was requested at the same time Subsequently, another rep chose to go ahead and issue refund without verifying payment clearedContrary to what Travelers claims, I did not request a refundHowever, I did state I will need a credit/refund once funds clear Also, refund was not issued in good faithI know of no company that issues refunds without first verifying funds This information has been provided to *** dept of insurance and most recently, the *** *** ** *** ***
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***

A response was sent to Mr***, 12/17/and it was confirmed that his refund was credited to his *** account

A response is not being sent, Travelers position has not changed since the original response

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the refund, however as recently as today November 8, 2017, I received an email from the agent indicating that the policy is in place. As requested, I need a notice of cancellation.
Sincerely,
*** ***

A response was sent to *** *** on April 2, from Troy L***, *** Business Center. The response explained that the policy was reviewed and we could confirm the increase in premium was due in large to the two at-fault accidents on record. The renewal premium effective
January 14, was communicated via email on November 26, for *** ***'s review. The billing notice advising that the monthly premium payment would update effective January 16, was emailed on November 30, 2017; both copies of emails were included with the response. In light of the review, we respectfully declined to refund any premium as we provided coverage until the cancellation date effective March 20, 2018. A refund of unearned premium was sent to the credit card on file March 29,

Prior to receiving the Revdex.com complaint, Travelers received this directly from *** ***.Travelers position remains unchanged since the 9/16/response to Mr.***, therefore another response is not going to be sent

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This is just a flat out lie as you can plainly see yourself, I sent you a copy of the insurance policy where it clearly states in section F 3. "Garage Operation" means the ownership, maintenance or use of locations for the purpose of a business of pawing, selling, parking or storing a "customers vehicles" and that portion of the roads or other accesses that adjoin these locations. "Garage operations" also includes all operations necessary or incidental to the performance of the garage operation. Notice how [redacted] left the word SELLING out and it is in the policy under  section F 3.  The vehicle was being stored at [redacted] for the purpose of selling both of which are agreed upon in the policy [redacted] sold. This is a clear case of "THEFT OF SERVICES" This company should not only be given an F rating but they should not be allowed to practice selling insurance policies if they are not going to pay on them. The fraud [redacted] is committing is a shameless act that deserves nothing less then the [redacted] or the Prosecutors office of [redacted] should take action. Please note I have attached a copy of the [redacted] Policy. Please see the last page Section F Additional Definitions 3. as proof that [redacted] is flat out lying!!! Please also see the two denial letters from [redacted] to [redacted] also proving a flat out lie!!! The second letter came after owner of Sterling Risk David Sterling told [redacted] Insurance you must pay these claims [redacted] was 100% compliant with the policy!!!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

A response was sent to [redacted] on August 31, 2017 from Gregory S[redacted], Property Unit Manager, Denver Claim Office. The response provided detailed information regarding the claim payments previously made and confirmed that there was a misunderstanding on our end on what the insured...

could use the recoverable depreciation for.  After going through receipts that were submitted, an additional payment in the maximum amout of recoverable depreciation available was made.
