I am rejecting this response because:Yes, after many months of getting the run around from Travelers Insurance I did get new insuranceWith much time invested in attempting to update my policy, getting the run around from my agent, and the run around from Travelers as a whole I did contact my bank to further stop paymentI have paid renters insurance on a property I no longer resided in from September to October because Travelers refuses to cancel or update my policy to my new homeI find it funny that your requesting the in payment but not the renters paymentAll the money that I have invested in the renters insurance policy from September 2016-October I am physically outThe claims department has closed my request*** *** has closed my dispute with TravelersWhy would the company close and accept the dispute when in writing it states you can not go after the party for payment any longerI want Travelers as a whole to close this dispute so I no longer have to deal with their horrible servicesNot only have a spent money with your agency that I am very unhappy with, I have invested numerous hours to solve this issueThe company and my agent have very horrible customer service skillsFor the time invested dealing with this issue and winning the dispute via *** that Travelers accepted I am not enclosing payment.

A response was sent to *** *** on 9/11/2015.At the time the policy was issued a replacement cost estimator evaluation resulted in an estimated replacement cost, policy was issued with coverage for the dwelling at $400,and was agreed to by both parties. An exterior inspection was
conducted by an outside frim and the replacement cost for the dwelling was $589,461. The policy increased coverage, and insured was notified. Since *** *** submitted additional documentation about his home and an updated replacement cost calculation for his home was completed, it was determined replacement cost coverage is $438,500, previously communicated to *** ***

Travelers completed an extensive review of the homeowner's policy and apologized for the service providedRegrettably, the notice she received dated 12/7/was mailed despite approval for reinstatement of the policy during a telephone conversation on 12/3/We
have shared her experience with the appropriate areas.
Per insured's request, we have cancelled her auto and homeowners policies as of December 10, 2015. A refund was mailed on December 17th in the amount of $683, with a credit for an additional $coming in the next 7-days for the revision of the cancellation to December 10th. In addition, a refund of $is scheduled to be deposited back into her bank account on December 24, for her automobile policy.
We're sorry that this experience ultimately resulted in the loss of her business. We thanked her again for this opportunity to review her account so that we may learn from her experience.

I am rejecting this superficial response because: The Travelers representative informed me that review period included four years, finding weather related claims. They also admitted their original letter was incorrect. Two of the weather claims the same incident but Travelers wanted them to be recorded as separate, at the start and conclusion of this past record setting winter. Total of all claims paid for homeowners has been less than $14,over the year period of review. I am a senior, long time customer and all of my policies have been exclusively with Travelers. I vehemently object to The Travelers Underwriting Department callously dumping long time customers from weather related (Act of God) instances. And, it wasn't like I got a new kitchen out of the insurance payments; only the basic, necessary, weather related repairs.Travelers is now refusing to refund my claimed expenses off-setting depreciation and has been extremely abrupt in their perfunctory review. I expect reinstatement, and refund of all added costs from their surprise notice to cancel my homeowners policy. Their actions, without warning or any notice of concern, put my *** mortgage in jeopardy, added expense finding an interim *** policy and adding previously covered liability from another company. Additionally, my group discounts with Travelers that I've worked to build up will now be lost. Lack of Travelers warning, relative short notice and insensitivity have added a great deal of unnecessary stress that should be required. Thank you

A response was sent 11/23/to the insured's named on the policy, Jonathan is the tenant.....claim has been reopened to investigate and determine if the additional fund should be issued for the work performed

A response was sent to *** ***l on July 15, from our *** Business Center. Travelers thoroughly reviewed our policy records and see that the policy was set to non-renew effective July 1, but the insured chose to cancel the home policy June 30, Travelers will not
offer any extension of time for repairs and also no reconsideration for reinstatement as the letter requesting proof of repairs was mailed on March 10, In light of this review, we decline to offer any refund of monies the insured may have borrowed to correct the conditions needed to the home

We cannot identify a workers compensation claim, based on name, address and email information *** *** provided. We need additional information.....please provide claim number, insured name, Date of Loss and State in which this claim occurred so that we can identify the correct claim

I am rejecting this response because: This is just another delay by *** who has obviously lied to the Revdex.com and myself and just doesn't want to write a check that they oweIf *** Insurance has anything hire than an F- rating its to high!!!!! Please also note I work in the legal field and I know exactly what this company is up to and it is shameless you company should be ashamed of itself!

A response was sent 10/27/2016.....Auto claim was investigated, and discussed with claimant on October 21, 2016...due to the conflicting nature of the statements Travelers received, from insured driver and the driver of your vehicle, it is unable to accept liability for the auto accident

Claim manager confirmed that all repairs have been completed so complainant must return to auto repair shop for her concerns
