I got a call from the adjuster from Travelers on 11/08/I was told that they will make some adjustment of the labor rate and mail me the new estimate and extra payment.I received the new estimate and extra payment about week laterI have to reject the the new adjustment, because it is still short of $( see my last response on 11/18/) I rejected on 11/18/with Revdex.comI also send the Manager of Travelers a letter of my objectionI requested the extra payment of $to settle the claim Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***

A follow up response was sent to [redacted] on March 22, from Troy L***, [redacted] Business Center The response advised [redacted] that an additional review of the inquiry was completed and verified the dates refunds specific to the automobile policy were sent to [redacted] 's credit card The response reiterated that the balance due is correct and clarified that the balance is for earned premium for insurance provided prior to the policy being cancelled Travelers' position remains the same and the request to waive the balance is declined

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: here is how I see the story.I go to a restaurant, and really feel like eating Hawaiian pizzaaccording to the menu, Large Hawaiian Pizza is $10, so I order oneI start eating it, right around I'm about half way done with the pizza, the server comes and apologetically informs me that there has been a "system processing error", and infarct the price of Large Hawaiian pizza is $22, so the difference in price will be added to my bill I'm not happy with the way that has been handled, so I get up and leave the restaurant A month latter the restaurant manager sends me a bill for $1, according to him I ate half of a pizza that's worth $22, and the price of the half pizza I ate then is $I only paid $10, so unless I pay the $difference, he would send me to collection.well, with that story I'm not a happy customer I'm not a happy customer with how I was billed from Travelers eitherIT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES TO PAY FOR THE PROVIDERS MISTAKES(SYSTEM PROCESSING ERROR)! The error was not done by me, nor in my systemAnd no, you don't need to explain me the difference between pizza and car insurance coverage.The Facts:#1- I'm not happy with how the "system processing error" billing was handled.#2- I don't really care about $127, that amount of money won't really break my bank, that's just a numerical representation of Travelers mistake.The Questions:#1- Does Travelers care if I'm a happy customer?#2- Does Travelers care about $127?So unless Travelers would like to change how I feel, they really don't need to further respond Sincerely, [redacted]

A response was sent 12/8/2015: Contactor provided an estimate that did not match Travelers, Mr [redacted] discussed with the contractor his estimate and they agreed to charge $versus their original estimate of $ Mr [redacted] is awaiting a revised estimate from his contractor Once that occurs Travelers claim can confirm the amounts and negotiate any differences Although the process has not gone as smoothly as we all have wished, the claim representatives are sensitive to Mr [redacted] 's situation and apologize if their actions were not consistent with his expectation

A response was sent to Ms [redacted] , 10/2/2015.A review of our policy records shows it will effective October 3, due to no Welcome Team interview Travelers attempted to reach Ms [redacted] by telephone on August 25, 2015, without success, therefore a letter was mailed to her in order to complete the brief telephone interview to confirm policy information and avoid cancellation Because Travelers did not receive a return call, a notice of cancellation was sent out by certified mail Ms [redacted] s' preference to use her P O Box address wsa not communicated to Travelers according to our recordsThe signed quote acceptance documents Travelers received from Ms [redacted] shows the [redacted] address To avoid cancellation, Ms [redacted] has been instructed to contact Travelers to complete that interview process
