Please direct [redacted] to the Connecticut Department of Insurance, since his complaint was responded to thru them.

Your insurance application for Workers’ Compensation and exclusion form on file sent to Travelers by your agent only named you to be excluded; therefore, when the physical audit was completed, the auditor excluded you as the policy endorsement...

It was not until you sent over the signed exclusion forms for [redacted] * Change dated 12/12/13 attached to your complaint that we were able to determine that your intent was to also exclude the other two officers.
I worked with our Underwriter and they allowed an adjustment to your billing in the amount of $4,960 credit for the exposure charged on the audit for [redacted] Change.

A response was sent to Ms. [redacted], 10/2/2015.A review of our policy records shows it will effective October 3, 2015 due to no Welcome Team interview.  Travelers attempted to reach Ms. [redacted] by telephone on August 25, 2015, without success, therefore a letter was mailed to her in order to...

complete the brief telephone interview to confirm policy information and avoid cancellation.  Because Travelers did not receive a return call, a notice of cancellation was sent out by certified mail.  Ms. [redacted]s' preference to use her P O Box address wsa not communicated to Travelers according to our records. The signed quote acceptance documents Travelers received from Ms. [redacted] shows the [redacted] address.  To avoid cancellation, Ms. [redacted] has been instructed to contact Travelers to complete that interview process.

A response was sent 7/11/2016.  The inspection company evaluated the wrong home, and Travelers has offered to rescind the cancellation....contact info was provided in the response letter to call Travelers representative.

Cancellation of the Homesaver Policy was withdrawn and coverage continues without lapse.  It had to be reinstated via a new policy.
The Homeowners Renters Policy cancellation, can be reinstated if Travelers receives payment of $40.81 before...

A response was sent 12/2/2016 with explanation of amount due, amount paid, amount remaining......issue was resolved and $12.03 was waived.  Also, credit score is not negatively impacted.

Company position upheld.  Auto repairs were completed and rental car paid in full.  No compensation will be provided for time lost with auto claim.

A response was sent December 12, 2017....a supplemental payment has been made for vehicle repairs.

Travelers should have resolved this matter the first time I requested assistance, not the 11th and not due to the fact we had to contact the Revdex.com.

Travelers' claim manager reviewed the claim and discussed requirement for future payments.

A response was sent to Mr. [redacted], 12/16/2015.....We have completed an additional thorough review of the policy taking into account Mr. [redacted]'s longevity and multiple policies with Travelers. In light of this review, we respectfully decline to reinstate his homeowner’s policy.
