Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I received an email from [redacted] (supervisor) and the email is attatchedI responded by calling his direct line and leaving a voicemail messageI then followed up by email asking when I would be able to reach him to set up payment arrangements via telephone seeing as this was not an option via emailI refuse to call the regular customer service number seeing as the last few times I did that I was treated quite terribly and got nowhere outside of being disrespectedIn any event, I have not heard anything back as of yetSo I am still unable to make any arrangement regarding payment Regards, [redacted]
