After receiving the email, I then called and was told again that, I had been approved I feel that they obtained all of my personal information and at the same time they were giving me information Car Finance.com has put me in a tough spot, and it seems they can to this to anyone and just say "We're Sorry" they did simply did not deliver on any of the promises they made Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: I currently have an auto loan financed through CarFinance, I fell into a severe financial hardship and am approaching days late on my paymentsI called CarFinance today at [redacted] I prompted through the directories by SSN and got to a male agentThe male collections rep was NOT friendly by any meansI understand collections, its what I do now and i've been in the business for more than half of my adult careerI tried to explain my situation but this man kept interrupting and telling me to make the paymentI told him I tried yesterday online to make a payment, but their system rejected it stating I have to pay at least $580.?? as a minimumI was unable to make the payment and utilized the funds for another billThe agent kept stating I am in violation of my contract over and over, and that "they can come pick it up whenever." I asked the agent what is the cutoff date for the car to be repossed, the agent refused to give me a date, he said there is no dateI told him there has to be, as a company wouldn't allow a 5-figure debt to be decided by an hourly collections rep, I advised him it simply cannot be just randomAgain the agent refused a date and said I am approaching months late, or in my opinion days on TuesdaySince the agent was refusing to provide me with an answer to the question, I asked for his managerHe REFUSEDHe kept repeating (while interrupting me) "I AM THE ACCOUNT MANAGER." I advised him I understand collections and inbound calls quite well, but I want to talk to his office supervisor, he advised me there is no one there and I can only talk to him, I told him that is unacceptableI advised him I want a callback Monday, he said he'd call me, I told him I NEVER want another call from him or to never talk to him again, as he is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and VERY UNFRIENDLYHe kept saying he would still call me MondayKept asking for the payment, I asked for a manager call back and the agent HUNG UP ON ME!!!Desired Outcome: I want a contact from the CEO of CarFinance, or an executive-type member that understands federal harassment laws, and collections practices lawsI WANT that phone call reviewed that began at 12:07pm CST 11-28-and lasted roughly minutesI want to know this agent will never treat another customer like he treated meI also want them to cease all collections from agents on his level, and only want to be contacted by real customer service reps that will not lie to me and hang up on meI want to pay this down and get it taken care of, getting hung up on won't allow me to do thatI want to know the policy on vehicle repossession, along with a payoff quote dated 1/31/2016, Thank You Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] assists customers that are interested in financing an auto loan, so they will send out your application to all the finance companies that they work with, to find you the best deal. Problem: I started refinance with Carfinance 12/2015 everything appeared to be fine until I started getting these harassing phone calls. The first call I got staring I was behind on my payments I was very irate because I make my payments with bill pay at my bank. I asked to speak to manager he asked if I can send statement from bank over to manager [redacted] ***. I sent it over we reviewed she is saying it's the banks fault while [redacted] was on the phone I went to bank the bank clerk [redacted] verified and spoke to [redacted] telling her that the payment were made by this bank an the the money is not in the account [redacted] asked me to have bank stop payment and she will take payment over the phone and waive fee. She then told me it's not my fault I told her my check is sitting on someone's desk. She placed me on hold for a very long time until we got disconnected. I emailed her immediately told her I want my account fixed 9/1/16 she responded by saying call office I kept getting her voicemail I received payment back from bank called her she never returned my calls I sent several emails. I sent payment back thru bank on 10/3. I find out today another payment was not cashed by carfinance from 8/1. I called bank again they are saying it's carfinance fault the check is there sitting on someone's desk then I find out they sent someone for my car. I have documents from bank. Carfinance needs to take responsibility of those checks because my bank Huntington doesn't change where they send the payment to carfinance has got multiple payments some they cash some they don't.Desired Outcome: The payment processing center is not doing their job my bank has sent at least two checks that were never cashed by flagship carfinance. I have to go to bank again for another $31 stop payment fee because carfinance aren't cashing my banks checks. I would like my late fees resolved by company and things current. This is unfair I'm being treated like it's my fault when I'm make payments. [redacted] says it takes 10days to cash checks that shouldn't be on consumer. I want this resolved I am so disappointed . I also would like correction to my credit report. Sorry I had to go this far but the people who answer the phone are very rude and don't care. Regards, [redacted] ***
