As I stated in our conversation this morning, I am not asking for an additional set of tags,I never got any tags,the *** says the fees are paid and won't provide additional tags,they refunded the fees I sent them.I just want the tags I paid Cartagz to provide,in an earlier email to you they mentioned the *** was requesting smog certification which I provided to cartagz,they never at anytime indicated this was an issue causing a delay to me,they have had ample time to make this right,I corrected my mistake with the incorrect address very early on ,all I want is what I paid them for ,it's that simple

clicked standard not accepting the service charge of$for next day shipping and as I checked no for next day, I was under the impression I was going to get my tags during regular shippingI received an email from cartagz saying orders received after 4pm ship same business daywhy did they charge me $for a renewal fee of 126.00? When I clicked the second time I thought I was just clicking to order through the DMVSince it says; "LICENSED BY THE CALIFORNIA DMV", I though they were affiliated and that I was just clicking the regular payment

My issue is I cannot get my tags for monthI can get tickets while park because I have expired tagsI can get stopped and get a fix it ticket, all ending in more money out of pocketI relied on them to do what they said they were going to doI have no prove that they mailed itOnly a message stating it was sentI know that the fee was paidI confirmed it with the DMVI paid an extera to get it to meI got an email form a person from cartaz (***) stating the order was paced and sent out and no tracking was issuedIf I payed that money why was there no tracking on it.***

I received the tags today But I am completely unsatisfied with this companyI called about times a day and not once the phone was answered

Hello,I am rejecting this response because: the company has not provided any evidence for their mistake They say "we are in compliance with DMV regulations," but this is all rhetoricLook at their message: they don't even take the time to construct basic, grammatical sentences The simple truth is I never intended on using this company's services, I was defrauded of money, and they continue to operate despite many complaints against themWhy would anyone use a service and pay $40+ dollars when the same services is free of charge through the DMV? Because this company uses deceptive practices to lure customers to their website, that's why! It's shocking and shameful And why has the Revdex.com gives CarTagz an A+ rating even though the company has dozens of complaints against them over the past three years? Shouldn't this be a red flag? It's a shame when consumers like me get no "real" support, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how the Revdex.com has conducted my complaint. Regards,Dr***
