Review: Paid the amount asked on Cartagz.com to renew my vehicle's registration, e-copy and for next day delivery, but never got a email updating order status except the first one acknowledging the order and said that they would send me another email with shipment tracking number when the tags and registration are on their way.Their custom support are non-responsive, phone number is a voice mailbox that's always full.Desired Settlement: I want my renewed registration, e-copy and tags just as I've paid for.

Review: Before making a extended road trip, my vehicle's tag was expired. To comply with the law, I decided to update my registration through the services provided by Cartagz. After processing my payment, I waited for an email confirmation as promised on their website. After several hours, I did not receive any words from this company. No emails and not calls. I then notified my bank to stop the transaction and at which time my bank told me there is no customer service phone number. Since both the bank and myself failed at attempting to contact anyone at this company, I sent an email directly to them requesting that order be canceled. Miraculously they wrote back the next day with a copy of something that resemble a registration form. They also indicate that my order is already being processed with the DMV. All of these correspondence were made by someone who indicate themselves in the first person as "I" but never reveal their name. The letter as signed with the "Cartagz team". Again, very ambiguous and never once revel their true identity. At this time they refuse to cancel my order and refund my payment.Desired Settlement: As I have been consistently requested since Cartagz did not send me my proof of service at the time as indicated in their advertisement, I am requesting a refund and cancellation on my order.

Review: My brother went to pay for my tags online on the DMV website and the website redirected him to this site so he was not aware that he was not on the DMV website. This was his first time paying for my tags online. So he payed for them and payed extra fees that he didn't realize that he was being charged. Its almost been a month and have not received my registration and car tag for my license plate. I tried calling the car tagz number and they never answer the phone. Please help me get them to send my registration and tagz or at least to refund me all the money we paid. Our original DMV fee for the registration is $426.00 and what we paid with car tagz was $480.46. I need this done as soon as possible because my vehicle tagz expired.Desired Settlement: Please have them send my registration with the tags for this year or to refund me the money so I can go to the DMV myself and get my registration because my registration expired already.

I received the tags today. But I am completely unsatisfied with this company. I called about 20 times a day and not once the phone was answered.

Review: Cartagz is listed on the internet under DMV registration.I made the mistake thinking this was the DMV website and logged on. They said they calculated my fees at $242.00 \plus a fee. I was late on my renewal and had no renewal notice (which started this whole thing)and had no idea what the real figure was. When on the 23rd I finally received a notice from the DMV it was then I learned the fee was actually for $208.00. I assume there was a fee but $46.32? I tried the phone number but that did not work. I kept getting an error message. Is there any way I can have the difference returned to me. Less a normal fee.Desired Settlement: The monetary difference between $245.32 and $208.00 less a normal transaction fee.

Review: I needed to register my vehicle using my credit card and intended to do so through the OFFICIAL DMV website. This business webpage pays to be the first result in a search engine and deceives the consumer with the title, "CA Vehicle Registration - Renew Your Registration Online". I did not realize I was in a third party website until after I reviewed my statement and saw I was charged $48 dollars more than the original DMV fees. The charges were not clearly displayed or communicated. It was not my intention to renew my registration through this site. This is a clear deception as they do not clearly communicate to the consumer that they are paying through a third party and not through the official government site as intended. I demand a full refund of all fees and this is an appalling form of business.Desired Settlement: I require a full refund of all fees.

Review: Entered CA DMV REGISTRATION into Web browser and tried to renew my registration. I did not realize I was not in the DMV website. I am rejecting this response because: I am unable to return the unused registration sticker because I never received it. I would be happy to return it for a full refund if I had it. I odered the registration on 2/28/15. It has been almost 4 weeks and they never arrived. The registration tags are not in use, and I am doubtful that they were sent. I can provide a picture of my license plate showing last year's tags if that would help.

Review: I completed the online request to transfer a registration to a new owner and faxed title multiple times and am not getting a response. Whenever I go to login on the website to check on my request it says it's still calculating my fees and I receive an error message that the system will contact me by email when the system is available. I trusted the government service so I followed the link and paid all fees. I am somehow confused why the fee is so high.
