I awoke to find that my main water line had started to leak sometime overnight. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and plumbing advisor [redacted] responded quickly. The faucets and traps in my kitchen and bathroom were due for replacement, as well. After inspecting the water line and indoor plumbing estimates and options were provided. [redacted] and [redacted] did the actual work, and I found both of them to be very professional and courteous. I would use Al Coronado Plumbing's services again in the future, and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They responded quickly. After he assessed the problem, he gave us options without pressure. The final job has our drains working well.

Service by technician [redacted] his helper and others was professional, competent and courteous. Questions/concerns were addressed expediently and completely. The work area was left clean and tidy.

THESE GUYS WERE FANTASTIC! AWESOME! We had a bad smell in our house and these were the only guys (8 people we contacted including 2 other plumbers) that were able to find it! [redacted] was fantastic and searched under our home for over 30 minutes until he found the source.
They worked over the weekend and were great!

I came back after being away for 7 weeks only to find that my sewer line was backed up. This was the third time it has happened so I decided to call professionals - AL CORONADO PLUMBING who had helped my neighbor and were wonderful! I didn't know if there were any clean-out valves as none were visible. Being from the north, I had found this troubling when I first moved into the house as all the rest of my life, the clean-out has always been very visible. [redacted] came out within an hour and a half after my call (after hours) and ran his camera down through the roof and located the blockage. He marked it and went over the options with me and said a crew would be out the next day. The problem was under a bricked area and at that point we didn't know if there were valves in there. The next morning [redacted] and [redacted] showed up and went to work pulling up a large area of bricks and carefully laying them out in the pattern that they had been in on the ground. It was up against a garden and they were very careful not to damage any of the plants (thank you!). After the bricks were up, they laid a tarp and dug and dug dirt that went onto the tarp. They found that there were 2 pipe clean-outs and a very rusted central area that had lost a screw and someone had applied a C-clamp to keep things together. It was a mess and was causing the problem so they cut it all out, put in new clean-out drains facing the 'correct' direction. They put a new central piece in that is used to stop any sewer back flow should flooding occur. Then they relaid dirt, sand and relaid the bricking. This time the tops of the sewer pieces are level with the bricking so they are very visible and accessible, but not dangerous to anyone walking over them. This required cutting bricks and very carefully measuring the pipes so that everything would be level. Al Coronado, himself, came out to check on the cutting of the bricks as that is not a normal part of plumbing! They were prompt, polite, and did FABULOUS work. They are my plumber now for my Tucson home!! Thank all of you so much!

This was our first time using Al Coronado Plumbing. We had an emergency and they were able to schedule us for that same day. Then Brandon P. was able to come earlier than expected. Such a nice plus. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem quickly and expeditiously. The shower is working perfectly. All and all a very positive experience.

We had Al Coronado come to our house on a Sunday for a broken pipe leaking water from under the tub. The water leaked into hallway,bathroom, living room , hall closet, and dining room.
Al Coronado responded quickly and had [redacted] come to the house to remove the wet carpet, padding, parts of dry wall in all the areas that had gotten wet.,removed the wet flooring in bathroom & Stopped the leak. They also brought in
blowers to dry out all areas, sprayed anti -microbial solution to stop mold from forming.
Then the next several days Al Coronado came to fix the problems with the pipes both inside and outside of the house. Their crews were very thorough with all of the work, removed all debri and were very professional. [redacted] and the other
crew members worked very hard each day despite the hot weather.
We are pleased with getting the work in a timely manner.

Very friendly and knowledgable. More expensive than I anticipated so ended up doing it myself but the serviceman was honest and it seemed like a good company.

[redacted] was an exceptional Service Pro, he had developed two options for me, and laid out the bottom line prices along with detailed explanations to those prices. He was complete and done within an hour or so! Overall great plumbing service! Thanks Al Coronado!

I need to have my water heater replaced. I call Al Coronado Plumbing and they responded very quickly to my problem and came the next day to take care of it. The Tech, [redacted] was very courteous and explain what he was doing or about to do. My experience with their work and work ethic was very satisfying. I would call them again if I have any pluming problems.

[redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were great when they worked on our plumbing problem. Everything was fixed right the first time. They were timely and neat. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

We had Al Coronado Plumbing out to clear our sewer line of root material. They cleared a wad of roots and the charge was $279.00. We did not have a clean out on the ground, so we got a quote to install for $ 2706.00. We went ahead and had them do that for future convenience That seemed to be a little much though, since the earth was soft and the hole was only about 2 ft. deep. They said they were going to re-cable the line after installing the clean out, but did not. We had them do the hydro scrub for which they filled their 300 gal. water tank with our water and only used about 1/3 of it and hauled the rest away for another job. At this point the price went to $4170.00. They instructed us on maintenance and chemicals and called it good. I must say, all in all, the men who did the job were very knowledgeable and professional and involved us with the procedure of clearing the sewer. I would recommend this crew.

I am very happy with the professionalism, honesty and hard work with Al Coronado plumbing. I had to have a difficult and timely job completed over several days. They worked with my schedule and talked through each steep of the way. All the work was done as planned and result was fantasic. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

We recently had a whole house filtration system and new water heater installed and from our initial contact person to the work performed, including the install crew, everything was excellent. Early on Friday morning my wife heard a hissing noise in our guest bathroom. I investigated and found a leak in the water line feeding that bathroom. I called Al Coronado Plumbing and was pleased with the quick response I received from [redacted] who listened closely to all I had to tell him about my investigation findings and wrote up what I considered to be a reasonable estimate to cover the required repairs. I will admit that it did take most of the day before the repair technicians [redacted] and [redacted] arrived but once on site they proceeded to make the necessary repairs. Once finished they checked all of their work to insure there were no further leaks. Both men were pleasant and curtious and I would not hesitate to call upon this company if I have any further plumbing issues.
