Review: I too got taken in by changemypostaladdress.com. I was in a hurry, in the middle of my move, and didn't realize I had ended up on masquerade site until it was too late. I visited there site, it say that they will charge me 1.05$ for the service, instead they charged 30.5$ which was nowhere mentioned on the site. I thought to call there customer care center but strangely they had no contact information. To my luck somebody has posted the number which I called to which is ###-###-####. Again a shock!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said they couldn't find me in the system. I asked for refund so they told me that we had to wait 48 - 72 hours and they will call/mail back. Since I was complaining I asked for any complaint number to track my complain but they were unable to provide me with that .Desired Settlement: I want my all the refund bback

Review: I thought the website was affiliated with UPS because when I asked for a change of address form it took me to that website when I got done with the form it asked for my credit card which it usually only costs $1 to do when I checked my bank statement it said that the website took $40 out of my bank account I have tried to contact them but they do not have a number and will not respond to emails I want my money refundedDesired Settlement: The exact money they charged my account

Review: I made an order through the website for postal address change. However, circumstances made it that I wished to cancel- I made a mistake with this misleading website (although I entered my credit card, the charge is listed else where, which is problematic). The website says " All sales are guaranteed and a no-questions-asked refund is available if you are not satisfied with your order." I used the Contact Us form to request a cancellation and the email bounced! There's no phone number listed on the site, and the mailing address appears to be in Malaysia. The credit card charge is listed as 'pending'.

It seems like a minor scam to me.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order and refund my credit card.

Review: The company states you can get a refund if not satisfied, but has no contact information but an email form which no one has contact me. I originally thought I was changing with the post office directly and was charged 39.95 twice. There is no contact number and no one responded to my emails sent three times. Review: All I wanted was to change my address and I am being charged $39.95 and $1.20 assessment fee. The post office charges $1.00 I was misled by this site. There is no phone# to contact them and when I emailed them it comes back undeliverable. I don't like being scammed. Quick to take my money and then no way to contact them.Desired Settlement: I want the 39.95 refunded they took this and also 1.20 assessment fee very upset.

Review: This company's website is deceiving and appears to be that of USPS. The way it is set up is extremely deceiving an they charge $39.95 in the end to do an address change and refuse to do a refund even if you catch the mistake within an hour. The only place it mentions the charge of $39.95 is in the fine print. It's extremely deceiving and I'm extremely upset that they will not refund the charger.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $39.95 charged to my account.
