This company has the worst time frame on line right now I placed my order August *** of this year Today is September *** and my items still show as processing I sent a complaint and was told that most of my orders should ship "this week"That was last week and still not shipped The customer service is horrible and they just keep leading you on with their "Any day now" responses This is the last time I will ever use this company!

On August *** I placed an order for Armani Aqua Di Gio cologne (bottles) and the order still has not arrived as of 8/**/I've contacted them multiple times and they keep saying they are doing their best to fulfill the orderI have asked for a refund and they have refused to do so, so farI've contacted them by phone and by email on multiple occasions and there has been no resolutionI tried their website today and it is down and I've tried calling them and they say they are closedI want my money refunded to me

I've been buying from NoMoreRack for almost a year and can honestly say what minor problems I've had {quite a few} were taken care of in a friendly and professional wayResponse by email was fastCalling them {no long wait} wasn't a problem eitherI never had a rude customer service repThey always found a solution that was satisfactory for both of usI think a lot of the complaints filed were blown upWhen you deal with a business, expect problemsI've dealt with worse and they don't get my business any moreI'm sure there are many more people like me that has a positive experience with NoMoreRackIt's a shame only the negative responses are heard and you can be certain the positive out weighs the negative

I ordered frequently and was always satisfied when this company was nomorerack.com but since choxi took over it has been horrid My items take forever to arrive if they even do Customer service gives scripted answers that are of no help (A friend and I were on customer service at the same time for unshipped items and were getting literally word for word the same responses) I have had items that were never shipped out and when I called I was told the items were no longer available and all they could do was offer a refund but yet they were still offering those SAME items on their page The last straw was when I was on with customer service for well over an hour over the 4th item they could not ship out and could only refund I made it very, very clear that I was not interested in a refund what I wanted was my item shipped as advertised at the price I paid I was told if she could get the item for me she absolutely would buy it just was no longer available and there was absolutely nothing she could do All she could do was offer a refund and a credit I refused the credit, what is the use of a credit if you can't get the item??? The NEXT DAY I checked the website for that item and it was still listed on the site to order
This company apparently is the epitome of advertising and fake customer service Never doing business with them again and warning everyone I know!

Placed an online order with choxi.com on 8/*/ As of 9/*/16, product has not shipped The company does not answer its phone system at all The company's Chat button has disappeared The company does not respond to its emails and "Quick Form" to Customer Service There is no Customer Service support whatsoever There is, however, a charge to my credit card which I disputed with the credit card company Thank the Lord someone responded!! Please do NOT do business with this company!!!

I ordered merchandise through Choxi.com My credit card was charged, but the merchandise was never delivered I used numerous avenues to contact Choxi, but was never given a resolution, and they would not respond to my e-mails I called their 1-800# for a week and each time received and automated response that they were currently not open (even though it was during their posted business hours) Beware, this company is unprofessional, and maybe a fraud

I placed an order back in July and have not received itI have been calling and emailing them and I finally got this reply from a former worker :

If you still have not noticed, no one is answering e-mails, chats and phone calls from choxi.com customer service departmentI regret to inform you that this is due to choxi.com going bankruptWe at the customer service department did not receive a month and a half worth of salaryI do care about our customers and that is the reason why I am sending you this message
If you have an outstanding order, we highly suggest that you contact your bank immediately to file for a charge backIt would also be helpful if you contact the Revdex.com to file a formal complaint

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I would've read the reviews on this company BEFORE I ordered from them, because obviously there's a long history of the same ongoing problems
I ordered a watch over weeks ago from ChoxiI received a tracking number from *** within a weekI was tracking the package since I hadn't received it within the 2-weeks and suddenly the package just disappeared! *** said they never received the items from the merchant so I contacted ChoxiFirst of all, nobody spoke English so I asked to speak with a supervisor...Big mistake! The original order was broken up into different shipments and they lost BOTH of them! This company is a joke!
