They are accusing me of lying about contacting them about the faulty fan, even though they have record of my purchaseThe only way to contact them was a "Contact me" link on their website (which changed names during this time) so I do not have a copy of the email in my sent folderIf they have record of my purchase, why would I lie about the fan not working? I tried REPEATEDLY to get some type of response and they're saying since THEY have no record of it, it didn't happen, so no refundThat's just not rightIf they do not want to issue me a refund, then I do not wish to purchase from a dishonest business ever again, nor do I want my friends and/or family to either and thanks to social media, I have the ability to reach PLENTY to make sure they know just what kind of *** products AND service this company providesBusinesses like this shouldn't be allowed to rip HONEST, decent people off and take their money in exchange for junk without recourseI will never accept their terms as, "yeah, sure, that's okay, you sold me *** that broke immediately and kept my money, then called me a liar when I said I tried to contact you about it" SureNot going to happen

I used to order from this company fairly regularly Since January however their services are terrible I've only attempted to place two orders in that time and in each case, after a very long delay, weeks or more, I ended up having to get a refund rather than my items The company is extremely frustrating to work with as they just respond with form letters and no information I had to get Google involved to finally resolve my most recent dispute and it left me furious and frustrated I would never recommend that anyone use this company for anything It is not worth the frustration Use *** The prices are about the same and you'll actually get what you order and get fast resolution if you do need to contact ***

-April **, 2014: I contacted nomorerack.com again to not send anything to me and refund my payment for item not received
-April **, 2014: I contacted nomorerack.com again and begged for a refund but was informed to wait another week
-May *, 2014: -Tracking number stated it was sent to my home but I did not received the item
-I contacted nomorerack.com customer service and I was informed me to contact the USPS
The dates shown above does include other emails I had sent to them in regards for my refund demandedThe amount of times I emailed nomorerack.com exceeds emails sent from both of my two of my personal email address along with their website contact
I did not received my purchased item and nomorerack.com have failed to uphold their contracted agreement of "days or less" as stated by their Terms and Conditions and Receipt PageI refuse to take loss of $49.00, it is not fair that I should suffer a financial loss for nomorerack.com shoddy business practice and blatant disregard of customer care

Choxi is a company that I placed an order with in November of This order was a gift for my wife
I purchased a gift card (so my wife would not be aware of the purchase), activated the card, made my purchase and then destroyed the card
After the Christmas dust settled one of the items ordered needed to be returned, so the initial phone conversation with customer service was made
They sent a return label and the decision and agreement from both parties was to issue a store credit once the return was received since the card used had been destroyed In my mind, we're moving in the right direction (this is January ***, 2016)
I immediately returned the item As of Jan 30th, I still hadn't received my credit, so I again reached out to Choxi I was told there was an issue and that by Tuesday of the following week I should receive an email with the solution and I let it be known at that time that I've fulfilled my part of the deal and now I wanted my credit
On that Tuesday (2/*/16) I did in fact received the credit (at least that's what the message said), so I was pretty happy No seeing the credit I contacted Choxi again to verify what source was used to issue the credit Unbelievably I was told that the credit was placed on a card that no longer exited Wow - really?
After speaking with Paul (customer service rep), Lovey (customer service supervisor), Fil (customer service rep), Ben (customer service rep) and Giddeon (customer service supervisor) they all gave me the same blank response, "*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***", obviously the wrong answer
I continued to make the point that when I spoke with Jill on (1/*/16) that the credit was to be store credit, Giddeon verified that this was in my history, but Choxi still would not make their wrong right
I asked Giddeon for a manager (I also asked Paul earlier in the day as well), both told me that the manager Ada was not available I told Giddeon to have Ada call me when she as available and his response was, "she will return your call within the next hours"
A couple of hours later I received a call from Choxi, it is Giddeon who said he spoke with Ada and he proceeded to give the same pathetic story I told them that they were cowards, that they did not care because they were not working to resolve their mistake and that the business is less than deplorable
This is the morning of 2/*/16, I do not expect to hear from them again, but they never corrected their error
I can guarantee you that you will be I satisfied with the customer service department I also asked in my conversations to speak with a complaint department or the billing department or be given an address to the billing department, I was told I could not have that address or number and I was given the address of headquarters Absolutely the opposite of what customer service should represent

No the vendor stated that the return shipping would be dollars, the usps does not print random shipping labelsI asked for the shipping packages weight and the size of the package, I got the weight but not the size of the packageI purchased a shipping label based on the weight of the package, and emailed it back to nomorerack.com as I was instructed, and I heard nothing until I was told by nomorerack that the vendor needed to talk to me, I provided my contact information and the vendor never contacted me

Will NEVER do business with them againI order once from then had no problemSo I tried again, I ordered two items one I received within the given time frameHowever, my second item has not arrived it's been almost two months from the date I ordered them, and still can receive any real answers, but you bet they took my money right away! I have emailed and finally just called and their customer service is all promoting you get the same exact responses as you do emailingI would not EVER recommend anyone to ever order from themThis company is horrible

I'm very sorry that our manufacturing partner was unable to deliver the item you ordered In regards to refunds, unfortunately we are only able to issue refunds to the card used to the make the purchase Redirecting a refund to another card
from our end is not possible I have checked with our accounting department and was informed that the refund for this item was successfully returned to the card used to make the purchase Since we have already refunded the item we are unable to issue an additional refund or credits The best option would be to contact the financial institution who issued the prepaid card for a replacement so that you may use the remaining balance on the card If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know.Regards,

I have recently placed orders with Choxi; the oldest being on 7/**/ When I tried to get an updated status, I was told they had to check with their manufacturer to determine why the item had not been shipped, and was told it would most definitely ship within the next 2-days This is over a week later now, and the 'chat' button on their website is not working, so you cannot get immediate response If you call their office, you get a message that the office is closed If you email them, you do not get a response This oldest order is coming up on days old now and I still do not have what I ordered, but in this case, and the case of the other items, they most certainly have charged my credit card With all orders, I am out $151, and no merchandise to show for it I feel with the duress that I have been under trying to get this resolved, that I should get my money refunded, and still get the items that I ordered When they were "No More Rack", the service was substanti

I placed an order with Choxi, and I never received my orderI never received an email or any correspondence regarding the status of my order, not even upon several attempts with phone calls and via email to the companyThe next thing I did was keep a check on the website regarding my order status and that is when I found that the site was not working
