I placed an order on 8/*/and it came out of my bank on 8/*/It said it would be shipped within 8-daysI waited weeks then inquired about itThey did reply a couple of times apologizing and said they were looking into itThen said one of the items was no longer available so they credited me with their store creditNow all emails I send say their server will not accept any emailsI would really like the items I ordered or my full refund of $ Thanks in advance with any help you can give

I would go with another online company if your wanting you products in a timely mannerI ordered a small digital thumbprint safe which was supposed to be delivered between 2-weeks or 10-business daysweeks or days later and I'm still waiting for my productCustomer service said please have some more patience and give us another daysI'll be ordering elsewhere for now on

I was issued a refund to the store fore a product I never receivedI asked for it to be sent to my account evenly since I have never found the desired product again for saleHowever now the website is down and I am out a total of dollars (original+credit )

Beware of CHOXI.com I ordered a PAW Orthopedic Super Foam Large Pallet Bed -(my cost 29.00) and Evelots Adjustable Electromagnetic Ceiling Fan Duster ( my cost 15.00) my other item a dog tie did arrive about weeks after orderingnever received the other items After my asking was informed could not deliver Ok request a refundWell, whoever does their math does it completely different to mineMy total order was minus the for the dog tie and shipping for it left that I paidBUT chioxi states they are refunding only I have not received an answer yet why they are not refunding the that I did pay ? no wonder they can stay in businessyou pay the amount asked and they pay what they want when not deliveredSo, they are getting rewarded for not delivering on their promisesI think I need to go into business if that is how it worksThey claim with my discounts that is all I get backTHEN WHY DID I PAY 34.00? I did have a off couponbut I paid out of my pocket a total of for the entire order and now they are telling me I only get back with all of my discounts where were all these discounts when I paid the money?

Seems choxi.com is no longer available and its been this way for the past few weeks Choxi.com has a $refund / store credit due to me that they agreed to from an order that was in wait for weeks with no processing or delivery of my order

I purchased merchandise on July **,The two items cost $totalI only recieved one item ,a remote control truckWhen I recieved the item it was defective , I got a return authorization from them Sent the item back to the toy companyI have the postal receipt that the item was delivered to them I was suppose to receive a Refund of $25.00,never recieved itThe second item I ordered was never receivedI called to cancel that item Was told I would also receive another Refund for $Never heard from them since the day I talked to them about that Now when you call any of there phone numbers you get a recording to call back during there business hours, which I have been doing Then the recording says our offices are now closed ,call back no matter when you call I have tried all there numbers that I have found and get the same recording

Ordered an item on 2/** I noticed it still hadn't shipped on 3/* so I contacted the company to ask when it would ship I was told it should ship in the next day or two 3/** - I still had not received my item and I logged onto my Choxi account and my item's status was still "processing" Have asked for refund Still have not received

CHOXI FKA Nomorerack has consistently refused to address a complaint asking them to give a reason for blocking my wife and I from purchasesWe have spent thousands of dollars over at least years without any issuesMy wife was recently blocked with the excuse that she made a chargeback (to cancel an order) YEARS AGO!!! THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SELLING HER ANYTHING FOR THE FOLLOWING YEARS!!! When I joined with my credit card, once again there was no problem taking money from me over several monthsI recently ordered a laptop computer that was stated on their site as delivered on May ***When it didn't arrive I questioned their customer service, I too was blockedAfter questioning the justification, I was told that I have the same IP adress as my wife and could not continue purchasing any itemsI have several items on order and can not access their site to see the tracking informationI STILL have not received the laptop computer sent to *** on May *** and cannot go to the site to see the status of my other ordersSince I had these problem, I have noticed several customer complaints about wrong shipments, not taking back items and no refunds
This company is a disgrace and should not be allowed to do businessAlso, after I insisted after several email complaints on a phone call, I was given the same excuse over and over again for why I was cancelledI told them I was reporting them to the Revdex.com but they didn't care!

I have ordered from Choxi on four separate occasions over the course of 1/months, and never received any of my ordersThe first order was 5/*/ I contacted customer service and they issued me a store creditThe second order was placed 6/**/16, using the creditI again contacted customer service and received another creditI placed an order on 7/**/using part of my credit, and another on 8/**/I have tried to contact customer service three times now over the last week, and have gotten no response

on 10/**/16, I placed an order with choxithe charge was deducted from my account on 10/**/ I have not received the order and since then their website has shut downall forms of communications has been shut downnow I do not know how to get my money backplease helpif I can get my order even better thank you

I made ten orders totally $in June and July and still haven't received the items as of December I contacted the company three times in September and was told they would "fulfill all outstanding orders within the next days" but that never happened and now they don't reply to any e-mails, phone calls, and there is no website so I have no way to contact them

I've had a few "iffy" experiences with Choxi, but have given them the benefit of the doubt as, eventually, my issues were sorted out Yesterday was the last straw though I tried to place an order and it wouldn't go through I just got a spinning wheel that said "processing" I waited min, checked my email and the site to make sure the ordered hadn't been placed and then tried again Same thing I gave up The next AM I checked my credit card online and sure enough, my card was charged for both orders - however, no record of those orders exist I checked my Choxi account online and then with customer service and they said there is no record of my order(s) I told them about the charges and was told that those are only pre-authorizations - that in 5-7, I would see the charges disappear That's all fine and good, expect for the fact that I have to wait 5-days for the charges to "disappear" and in the meantime, they're just sitting there, eating up my available credit When I expressed my concern all I got was an apology - no offer to help clear this up quicker and no real explanation of what happened (other than "a glitch in the system") Not a good way to treat a loyal customer in my opinion - I certainly didn't want to try to order it for a third time after all that!

I ordered two sets of sheets from ChoxiThe amount $was deducted from my accountAfter waiting several weeks for delivery, I called the customer serviceI told them I had yet to receive my orderI had also not received a confirmation email so that I could track the orderThe representative assured me that she would send one and that I should receive my order no later than October **I have yet to receive an email nor have I received my orderI have tried unsuccessfully to reach the company by phone but continue to receive a message that they are closedI cannot access their website as it continues to be inaccessibleEmails fail to be deliveredI do not know what to do next to recoup my money or to resolve the order

I ordered lots of things never received not one of themI still don't know I have recouped all of my money They know they have not sent the item via the vendors yet don't refund the money voluntarily It has been a nightmare since they changed to choxinomorerack was very good
