Ordered a Waist cincher months ago and has still as of yet not received it I had to reach out to customer service times before I was acknowledged That was weeks ago, and I still have not received my purchaseDon't waste your time with these people

I ordered from this site frequently when it was No More Rack, and even ordered from Choxi at Christmas without problems
I placed an order in April for two items One was delivered promptly and I made the mistake of thinking the second item would be along shortly So I continued shopping and placed a second order, also for two items, a few days later
After a few weeks, I cancelled one item as it never shipped At some point, I received an email informing me that another item was unable to be fulfilled They were apologetic and acted like this is a rare occurrence I'm now beginning to recognize the dialog as a scripted response to this overwhelmingly common occurrence It has now been about weeks and I received the same scripted response when I inquired about the final item, which never shipped
They are plenty willing to issue a refund and even top it off with an extra 25% of your purchase price The only problem is that they issue the refund in the form of store credit So they give you money you can only spend there, and then they fall through and never ship your order It's a vicious cycle I told the representative that store credit is unacceptable to me and she said I could have my money refunded to my credit card if I verify the request Basically you ask for the refund and then you verify that you really do want the refund and that you understand it will only be for the purchase price and not the extra 25%
Supposedly my refund has been issued and will appear in 5-days

Placed a $order on August *, Called several times looking for order and told it was on backorder but should ship within days Order never received Website closed and not answering phone

I ordered items in July Never heard from them until I sent then an email in September asking why I haven't received my thingsThey responded telling me they were making some changes and backed up at the momentThey were trying to resolve everything as soon as possibleI received of my items but never received the restI emailed again and no responseI then tried to go to the website and soon saw that they were out of businessReally?!!I would like to receive the rest of what I paid for it at least a refund

Purchased over $worth of merchandise before Christmas and never received it and my kids and family were hereordered in September because I knew it would take a while if I order too late in the yearVery upset when December came and I did not receive my order in then went online and found out that they went out of business without giving me my refundBut by then my credit card company said it was too late to get back my money and the money back guarantee warranty from the company that security my order through choxi said that after days of purchase they're no longer held liable that I ordered four months earlyVery sad and upset and Christmas was ruined:(

I ordered an instylerI received an email stating it was no longer availableChoxi gave me a credit so I ordered an electric fly swatter and wallet phone cases for my iPhone I never received themI tried to email Choxi and can't access their websiteIn the past I ordered the Boss soda machineIt broke right away

I ordered sets of sheets at $each and pet bed on October **, from Choxi.com I received the pet bed pretty quickly but still have not received the sheets I have tried emailing to *** and *** to cancel the order and get a refund back to my credit card but received a failure delivery status notification on both The *** number is no longer active either

I placed an order for, smart watchesI have not gotten as of yetWhen I tried to find information about they keep saying they are closedOr to send email, which I haveI have done every thing possible to contact themCan't seem to get any whereThey took my money but I have nothing to show for it They will not contact meOr send my watches

I was a regular customer with nomorerack and decided to order from the new company choxi It has been a nightmare
They take your money ASAP and send nothing for months
I'm beginning to think its a scam to collect interest on our money and then tell us the item in unavailable We waited weeks for our bedroom curtains that never came, after several phone calls they have told us the item is no longer available
They offered store credit, we said no and demanded our money back , if you order anything from this company it will take months and after waiting months they will say it's out of stock
I'm currently waiting on items I ordered in March/** I call weekly to find out when they will ship, the tell me every time to wait another week and they will excavate the order, (yah right)
I ordered many birthday gifts that come and gone and still waiting, I thought I would get them anyway if they ever come
My advise is to stay away from this company
They do not ship in a timely matter, if you have months to wait then order
I no longer will order from them
To bad nomorerack is gone, they were great
